“Great Location and Service”

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. It's 10 minutes walk to the Ala Moana Center with a good varieties at the food court and upscale shops. The hotel is clean and with good service all around. We like the energy conservation policy that gives us the choice not having to change towels or bed sheets everyday. We first had an ocean view room on the 17th floor with a partial ocean view. So we mentioned that to front desk, and next day the nice lady upgraded it to one on the 30th floor, which has the full ocean view. We really appreciated that. Front desk lady, if you read this, thank you for the great service. The free hotel shuttle can take you, every 30 minutes, starting at 12pm, to Waikiki beach, stopping at a couple places before that.

“Hawaii Prince Waikiki - Great Hotel!”

My daughter and I stayed at the Hawaii Prince Hotel for her spring break the first week of April. We were greeted by check-In with a warm friendly smile. Our hostess made sure she explained all the hotel amenities and local happenings. Check-in was expedient and we were in our room at no time at all. We were very pleased with our room. It was very clean and orderly. We were replenished with fresh towels daily. Our room overlooked the marina which was beautiful with small sail boats. Our stay at the Hawaii Prince was very enjoyable. I would recommend anyone with a family to stay here. Not a hotel to meet many singles.

This time they gave me a smaller room and everything still looked the same. i think is time for some major update to the rooms.the service is still top notch and the location is perfect,away from the kids but still close enough to the beach.i would go back next year because of the service.

“Great value for the money”

The stay was great and we got the best value for dollar spent. Staff were friendly and helpful; and we enjoyed the restaurants too. Both dinners and lunch were very good.

Great hotel, one the larger hotels in Waikiki, but little know to most people. Nice pool and hot tub, and all rooms have nice views. But if you want to walk in other parts of Waikiki, it can be a long walk. Other than that, it was a great deal!

“Coming Back”

We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is in walking distance of a nice park, shopping center, beach, and restaurants. We will be coming back in the near future.

“This place was perfect!”

Upon arrival in our rental car (at 11am) we asked for an early check-in. No problem. We stayed in room 2301 in the tower closest to Hilton Hawaiian. The large fans on the roof next door were loud when our window was open. Other-beautiful view of the harbor. We spotted a turtle in the first 20 mins of being there right in the harbor. This place is right next to Hilton Hawaiian Village. They have got a HUGE pond/beach to swim in-it's fantastic! 3 minute walk from the front door. The staff at this Hotel are really professional. It was clear to me that they tried hard in their jobs. THANK YOU!!!!!! ALL OF YOU!

“Nice Stay at this Hotel”

The thing I like about this hotel is the room I stayed was clean & has a great view of the ocean. I believed all rooms of this hotel are facing the ocean. Bed was very comfortable..It was a great rest for me staying in this hotel.. The only draw back was, I have asked for a spoon since there was none in my room, & I called the room service to bring a spoon to my bedroom I was told that they were going to charge me for bringing the spoon to my room. I was totally floored since the Hotel Management provided the coffee maker, coffee in a packet, sugar, cream etc. except spoon. To me this seems to be a joked to charge me for a spoon. Totally insane. That's all. Otherwise everything is fine.

“Hawaii Prince Honolulu, Hawaii”

Very nice hotel in a quiter area than Waikiki. Ala Moana mall within walking distance and the hotel has a free shuttle to Waikiki if you want to venture out for more shoppping and dining. View of the harbor and ocean from all rooms. we have stayed sevral times at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Oahu.
