“Very Nice”
This hotel was extremely nice to stay at. We found it to be close to all of the things we were hoping to do. (Shopping, beaches, short drives to scenic points.) Our room was very clean and we liked how the large windows slid open to the harbor. The only downside was parking, at night there weren't enough spaces but they allowed us to park in the v.i.p. parking at no extra charge to accommodate us. This hotel is well worth extra consideration!!
“Great view of the Marina, very nice”
The location was great with a spectacular view of the Marina & Pacific Ocean. Large windows that open up to allow sea breeze in. The hotel is easy walking distance to a beach area where on our night of arrival, had fireworks. No only is there an onsite gift shop and a few various restaurants, some others are within walking distance.Check-in & out was easy. Employees were friendly. We were very happy with the Prince Waikiki.
“Will not hesitate to use this hotel again.”
An excellent hotel with many updates planned for this summer - they were in the process of replacing furniture in our room to a more modern look while we were there. The bathrooms were very clean and all marble - very nice!! Our next trip to Oahu will include staying at this hotel. The only thing that wasn't discussed in/on their webpage is the cost of parking your car. It is around fifteen dollars a day - so this can add up. Just be aware of this fact. Parking is a premium in Hawaii!
“Location and Facilities Just What I Needed...”
In Honolulu just two nights for 4 client appointments. Hotel was perfect for my need. Excellent location but most important, the caliber of service and competence of staff were excellent. No time to enjoy the glories of Hawaii but the view from my screenless (!) window was amazing.
“Will go back again!”
Great rates. Good Service. Friendly. Clean. Beautiful Saline Pool. Everyone there was beyond helpful. My Favorite was the bartender (Tammy) at "The Reef" bar. She made us up an island smoothie concoction that my brother and I swear is the best smoothie we've ever had! Then a couple of days later we went there at night and she remembered us and made us a night smoothie (with a shot of rum in it) Delicious!!!!
“Great Hotel”
Great hotel love ocean View from every room very close by shopping mall and the beach. Hotel need little updating need better bedding sheets always come off kinda annoying. But other than that great hotel great service will recommend to anyone.
“Great hotel with excellent service”
I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for one that is a little more quiet and not right on Waikiki. The room was very clean and comfortable with good beds and had a beautiful view of the Marina. The pool is also very nice and has a great view. I found the service to be exceptional, particularly the front desk and the waitress at the pool. The food was very good quality, however it would have been nice to have had the choice of ordering smaller meals, other than having to choose from the set menu or buffet which are quite expensive. Another bonus is that the hotel is only a short distance from the large Ala Moana Shopping Centre.
“great”
convenient location, ocean view rooms (all of them), very well maintained; complementary services (shuttle and hula/tai chi classes)
“A Getaway well worth the Price!”
I loved this hotel. Very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. I was thrilled the hotel was a short walk from both the beach at the next door property, but also that Ala Moana Park was a short walk from the hotel as well. I spent each early morning walking around the ocean surrounded park grounds taking in the awesome scenery. The Ala Moana Mall is also directly across from the Park. Even though this property does not have it's own "beach area" do not let that deter you. A jaunt to the beach is only 5 minutes away, and the sunset views from that area are photographic masterpieces. I would definitely recommend Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki to all who want a good deal, a clean friendly hotel, and a nice room with a view of the ocean without paying Beachfront property prices!
“Great Accomodations”
Courteous and helpful staff. Immediate and friendly service. Good location, great views from room.
