“Great Hotel, excellent service, immaculate.”
Outstanding service, very well kept hotel. Having travelled a lot it was a pleasure to have a property for a personal vacation that lived up to its reputation. Would come back here in a heartbeat.
“Can't stay in a better hotel”
Brilliant syat. Best hotel we have ever stayed at by a country mile.
“house befitting heaven”
WOW! what a great hotel. Quiet and elegant with outstanding service.
“Magical Place”
This is the kind of hotel that anticipates your needs before you know you have them. The staff is amazingly helpful and a joy to deal with. The hotel is lovely, restaurants wonderful - we tried all but the Jazz or tea place. Our room was large and luxurious. Each day there we received some kind of gift from the hotel- a lovely fruit and cheese plate the first night, champagne the next, a gift-wrapped conch shell the next and so on.
“Must stay again... multiple times”
I have stayed at other luxury hotels in honolulu. But, Halekulani is the best among all.
“Best Service Ever”
This was a honeymoon trip. And if I were to do it all over again I would do it the same way. You can't even put into words the service of this hotel. From the time you step in they cater to you, till the time you check out they offer you fresh fruit to take. Simply Amazing!!!!
“Awesome Experience!”
This is truly one of the finest hotels in the world! The service is flawless, the staff impeccable. From the ice buckets being filled twice daily to the fresh orchids on our pillows each evening, the amenities here make this my first choice on Oahu. It's also within walking distance to many sites and excellent shopping. This place is first class all the way!
“Taste of upper class”
Don't normally stay at fancy places like this...but did it for the honeymoon experience. Place is wonderful. At first, looks a bit shadowed by the other large hotels...but the coziness and charm is definitely there. Service was wonderful...don't notice they're there until you need them.
“Ultimate service in a beautiful and convenient location”
From the moment you're greeted you'll know the Halekulani is special. No need to check in at the front desk! They don't even take your credit card number until you've been escorted to your room and shown its features. The location is convenient to shopping, and there's a beautiful view of Diamond Head.
