“Our Oahu 2012 visit”
Great Location. Close to beach, shopping, bus service, etc. Staff and service people very helpful and friendly, ran at times to give fast service with a smile. Breakfast was super with great variety of food and beverages every day. Evening snacks and entertainment was a nice surprise.
“Awesome Home Away from Home”
Upon arrival, we received a complementary juice drink for everyone in our party. Delicious after travelling all day. Staff was helpful and friendly at all times. Breakfast was outstanding. Only complaint was sometimes the line for custom omelets was long but there was always plenty of food. Evening reception was wonderful place to relax with free drink, snack, and music. Rooms were roomy for family of four. Located near beach, shops, and restaurants. We would stay here again.
“Will stay again!”
This was our 7th trip to Hawaii -first at Emabassy Suites. We arrived late (bad weather) and was put on the 1st floor in a smaller room. The bell-hop was on the phone before he left and had a room with a balcony upgrade for us when it became available (2 nights). The staff was so helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was fabulous!!! Our family of 6 loved it! We would stay there again.

Nice hotel close but not water front, good shopping right outside the back of the hotel, we only stayed one night but if the price is right I would go back. Friendly and very helpful staff.
“Excellent Hotel Experience.”
A friend recommended this hotel to me and I have no complaints what so ever. Excellent breakfast included, happy hour everyday between 5.30pm and 7.30pm. This hotel is close to all your shopping needs. Will definitely return to this hotel again.

Perfect for our family of six. Location was perfect. Restraurant in and around the hotel were great. Nice friendly facility and staff.
“My official favorite hotel”
My boyfriend and I loved this hotel. Not only is it in the middle of the everything, it is very service friendly. With this being our first time in Hawaii, everyone from the check in desk to concierge were wonderful. The room was fantastic, the bell men were very helpful, and everyone was just great! Our room was very clean. The view was immaculate and the fact that there was a balcony in the bedroom and in the living room was a plus. My favorite part of it all is the free hot breakfast. They don't mention everything they serve on their website, however I can tell you that we ate GREAT and the food was delicious! Every day we ate bacon, omelets, hashbrowns, fresh fruit, rice, biscuits, eggs...and a host of other Hawaiian food. This is the perfect place to stay while in Wakiki. Embassy Suites is located in the middle of everything. Everything is within walking distance. The shops, the beach, and the attractions. For the attractions far away, concierge was great about recommending tourist attractions, which included round trip transportation! We just had a really great time overall. I highly recommend this hotel. It is worth every penny.
“Happy Honolulu stopover”
We stayed at the Embassy suites twice in January as a stopover between Australia and skiing in Colorado. On both visits the staff were excellent with all of them helpful and happy. The room size was great for a family of four with lots of luggage and inclusions of breakfast and managers reception a big bonus. This hotel is located well, great shopping near by and the beach less than a minutes walk. We would definitely stay here again should we be lucky enough to visit Waikiki in the near future.
“Very comfortable, near everything”
It would have been nice to have a view, but otherwise it was great. The location was very convenient for activities in Waikiki. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, breakfast bar, food available during happy hour, and proximity to good restaurants. We especially were grateful for the bedroom/living room suite, so one person could take a nap and not be disturbed. Nice when you come from far away.

The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful . I would highly recommend for any one to stay. Breakfast ws great and the services is superb.
