“Fantastic”
friendly and helpful staff all the way around...no matter who you asked or what you asked they had the answer
“Clean, convenient, excellent staff”
Very nice hotel - a tad cramped (especially the shower) however, its the city so that's to be expected. Everything was clean and the location is good. The staff rocked! The valet guys were always on top of thing - helpful with directions. The bartenders, housekeepers, front desk - everyone was very respectful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Overall a great place to hang your hat while visiting Waikiki.
“Enjoy your stay.”
We really enjoyed everything about this hotel. The rooms were very nice. The location was great for not being next to the beach. The buses stop in front of the hotel so it was very easy to get around. Since the street is so busy, ask for a room on the poolside.

The hotel was clean with a friendly staff. The area surrounding the hotel was beautifully landscaped and well manicured. My room was small but sufficent for one person. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! I slept like a baby every night. The hotel was convienent to shopping and just a short walk from the beach. I would stay again at this location.

Thought that it was in a great location at a good value. Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with another couple and it was a little smaller than I had hoped, but we managed fine. Would stay there again when visiting Oahu.
“Wonderful Hotel, is now our home away from home!!”
The Wyland Waikiki was exactly how it is portrayed on Expedia/own website/marketing! Beautiful on the outside and in! Service was excellent and the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Our room was on the 5 floor which did leave us open slightly to traffic noise, but luckily we soon got used to it, and infact enjoyed getting up with the locals and walking the short distance to Waikiki Beach most morning to catch the sunrise. The hotel itself is beaufifully presented, the reception area is crisp, modern and clean and the small bar/lounge is perfect size for the hotel. Swimming pool was wonderful and the free icepops made it extra special on a sunny day. I wouldn't think twice to staying here again.
“We were impressed with everything in Hawai'i including the hotel”
We are a retired couple and when we checked in, the desk clerk asked (for no apparent reason) if we would like an accessible room. She explained that it was a wheelchair accessible room and larger than other rooms, especially the bathroom. We readily agreed and we enjoyed the room very much. We would have liked to see the standard room, because we read a couple of reviews that commented on the small size. We never got a chance to see another room, but we enjoyed ours.
“excellent hotel, would love to go back”
Small by American standards but full of little extras that really made our stay complete. Arrived hot, tired and grumpy after a long flight to find staff who bent over backwards to make the check-in pain free. Were upgraded to a better room without even asking and sank gratefully into the supremely comfortable bed. Free towels by the pool along with a freezer full of ice pops and a complmentary continental breakfast to start the day. All staff we met were eager to please and so pleasant and courteous. Can't reccomend this hotel highly enough.
