“Room on sixth floor center ocean front was best on beach.”

We feel for 0verall location and view of ocean and street below you could not find a better located room. With the wrought iron rails on the balcony it gives a good view while sitting in your chairs.. The rooms were small but very clean and confortable. I will reccommend this wonderful little hotel to anyone who will listen.

IS EVERYTHING: this is best price & location for Waikiki Beach...FUNKY...right in the middle of EVERYTHING...60's hotel, has been updated, needs a bit of repair in the bathroom, this hotel is round so the rooms are pie shaped, small, 2 double beds we had, local paper delivered at door early AM, ABC store opens 7AM on 1 side & McDonalds opens 5:30 on the other, fine dining & a number of other eaterys very close buy, has no in house restaurants, 7th floor & up you get reduced road noise, get the partical ocean or full ocean, & get the beach & wonderful sunsets, YOU HAVE ALL MAJOR BUSES & TROLLEYS CLOSE BY ...NEG'S..are very few parking spaces in the basement, MOST parking is BLOCKS away at sister hotel, soda machine also in basement, ice ONLY at front desk, overall for the money & location this hotel can't be beat, will return.

“Made for a memorable honeymoon”

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon. It was fabulous! You couldn't ask for a better location, it is close to everything. For there price, there was no comparable deal. The people at the desk and all of the housekeepers were extremely friendly and always willing to help. We plan on going back again and we will definitely stay here.

“Waikiki's best bargain hotel! Ocean Front rooms are awesome!”

The Hotel was great for the price! Location across the street from the beach, next door to shopping and dining was perfect! Rooms are small but clean, Ocean Front was beautiful!!! Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

“Great Location near Waikiki Beach”

We've been to Oahu four times, and this was the most convenient location for us---across the street from the beach, minutes away from the International Market Place, restaurants, shopping, etc. Since we were close to the beach and we could check out beach towels from the front desk, we took advantage of it. We liked our room, though we didn't upgrade to an ocean view, we still enjoyed the HD flat panel tv, the spacious lanai, the double beds with memory foam mattresses, the overall decor and cleanliness of the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was complimentary kona coffee in the lobby. We were given a coupon book with many discounts to many restaurants and stores. We even got a free tote bag coupon; no purchase necessary. Since we didn't stay in our rooms the whole time, we didn't need a large room. We really liked the room features, the property features, especially the location. Also, we liked that this was not a huge property, so it felt a little more cozy. We would like to stay here again!

“It is the right choice for Hawaii”

We preferred this hotel mostly because of the good reviews and they turned out to be exactly true. This hotel is a great value for the price and really cheap when compared with other big hotels around. The check-in and out was so smooth. The room was recently renovated. I think we were a little bit lucky since we had a room on 14th floor. I was planning to upgrade the room since it was partial ocean view but even that view rocks. We really enjoyed our room. Pros: -------------- +Prime location on the Waikiki Beach(You are on the beach 3 minutes after you leave your room ) +Major tours pick you up from Koa Ave, behind Hyatt Regency (3-4 min walk.) +Several ABC stores and restaurants within 15 min walk. +Great view from balcony +Really Friendly Staff and Room keepers +Very good rates (Look for Hotel+Flight Deals) +Delicious Kona Coffee in the morning. +Daily Newspapers + Beach towels and ice provided for free +No Resort Fee (I know some hotel charges you extra bucks) +Free Boarding Pass Printout Cons (Although not according to us): --------------------------------------------------- -You will see a lot of reviews that say rooms, particularly bathroom, are small. This is true but it is definitely NOT a problem. You have enough space. Rooms are renovated and have 2 queen beds, 32" LCD, Mini-fridge, In-Wall Closet and even iHome Alarm Clock. We really like the setting in there. Honestly we did not experience anything bad in general during our stay.

“Great View & Location, worth the price”

This hotel has an unrestricted view of the beach if you get an ocean front or ocean view room. We got the ocean view and it was great. The rooms are clean and beds were comfy. Free beach towels and air rafts, beach chairs, etc. anytime you want. Definately worth saving a little money and staying in this smaller hotel. Shower was tiny, curtain sticks to you, but other than that no complaints.

“Great little hotel!”

It's a great/cozy little hotel in a perfect local across from the beach in the middle of the strip. Couldnt of asked for a better hotel for the price & location. It's not a 5star resort, but it's clean, super nice staff and did I mention the location is just awesome! They also let you use hotel beach chairs and towels.

“Another Fantastic Holiday”

Just back from 6th trip to Waikiki Circle and it never fails. We were on the top floor in an Ocean Front room. The hotel is pretty basic - with smallish room, fridge, balcony etc but it is in the best position. The staff are really friendly and the place is always kept really clean. We'll be back next year if not sooner!
