“Big room and big beds.”

You cannot tell if you just look at the image of the hotel, it is not that luxurious, but walk into the room you can see the very big room and a small restroom. It is always clean and enough towls, I love it in total.

“Will do this again!”

There are many hotels in this same area. I have stayed at some of these. Up until this stay, I did not think that there could be anyplace this clean and friendly. The staff was always ready to give directions and share their ideas.

“clean, friendly, but not the best access for a wheelchair from the garage”

To enter the hotel from the parking garage you have to use the service elevator and it was smelly. The front of the hotel has a lift you can use to enter the hotel from the street. Overall the hotel was great just the access for the wheelchair was not the best. The staff was great at helping us.

“Perfect for our needs”

If we ever go back to Oahu we can guarantee that we will be staying here. Previously we have stayed at the Princess Kaiulani which is a starwood hotel, and the only better thing about there was the escalator and fitness room. Keep in mind we didnt even look at the fitness room offered here. There is no pool but honestly we wouldnt have had any time to visit it. We were too busy shopping and seeing the nightlife. It was also very comforting that there were sercurity guards at the entrance to the hotel every night.

“Loved it”

This was a great place to stay. Near everything. The veiw was terrific. Rooms very comfortable and the micro wave and fridge was really a plus. Easy parking and hotel access. Chinese resturant in lobby was superior. Shopping for everything just out the door, and if you wanted a quick drink although pricey it was right there. Would stay again. Ask for a room on a upper level and enjoy your morning coffee on the balconey Aloha

“Decent hotel, excellent location”

This was our second stay (stayed here in 2007, as well). Staff was much friendlier this time, eager to assist, seemed like the whole place was under new management. Tub was slow to drain after showering, but we didn't report it. Room and bathroom were always cleaned very well. Hotel location is central to everything. Island-wide bus system stops in front of hotel. Wireless internet was excellent--they give you a survey to fill out upon leaving asking about internet problems. Great hotel for the price

“Excellent value and location”

I was very happy that I selected the Wave for the 5 days I was in Honolulu. The room was very spacious, atrractively decorated and quiet (12th floor). There was also a decent view from the Lanai. For the price paid, the Wave definitely exceeded my expectations. I will stay there again on my next trip.

We were very impressed with the size, quality, and comfort of the room for the price. We could hear the loud music, but it wasn't that bad.

The hotel is very accessible to Waikiki Beach, shopping areas and restaurants.
