At the end of the walk lies the deepest stretch of sand on Waikiki Beach. Parasailing, submarine and boat rides, and water-sports equipment rentals are available on the beach. “Quiet oasis in a bustling city”
The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. In the beautiful, spacious room with a large (queen size) sofa, we enjoyed a wonderful bed, a great flat-screen TV, a well-appointed bath, and a microwave and refrigerator that just suited our needs. Outside, we had a super view from our lanai and a beautiful "private" pool. At the continental breakfast by the pool, we enjoyed making new acquaintances. After a day of travel, the chair massage and drinks in the lobby (Wednesday only), compliments of the manager, were relaxing. We did not even have to go off property for a good meal as an IHOP restaurant is next to the lobby. All of this was ours to enjoy at great room rates!
“Would stay there again”
Beautiful hotel, professional staff, would stay there again. It is important to note that it is a tad bit out of the way from the downtown area and major shopping but if you don't mind the walk, then it is a choice place to stay. The out of the way location might appeal to those who want a bit more quiet than what is available in the busier areas of W.

“very pleasant, convenient location,would go back any time”
We really liked the location; easily accessible to The Bus, and within walking distance of so many things. Some have complained about the elevators being slow, we didn't think so. We often took the stairs or looked out the windows by the elevator while waiting. Don't be so impatient! Yes, the garbage trucks were noisy if your outside door is open. They are an important part of life in the big city! I would have liked for the cleaning staff to do a little better job. It seemed as if they mostly just made the bed and put out fresh towels. But we were in beautiful Oahu, so who cares if there is a little dust. We hope to go back to the Aqua Palms again!
“Would return to this hotel!”
This hotel was great for its price. It's not a huge hotel so the staff quickly rememebers who you are. Its walking distant to ala moana shopping center, the beach, and a trolly away from the waikiki shopping area. The elevators are a bit slow and the hallways are a little humid but those little inconveniences did not affect our stay at the Aqua Palms & Spa. We would definately book at this hotel again.

Clean, comfortable hotel...great especially for the price. Walking distance from two beaches and very helpful staff. Would love to go back!

Le personnel est très sympa et serviable. La propreté de l'hôtel, en général, et des chambres, en particulier, est irréprochable. L'hôtel se situe idéalement par rapport à la plage (~5min à pieds) et est proche de quelques restaurants et d'un énorme shopping center. Seul petit bémol, la salle de finesse est très rudimentaire...
