Excellent location walking distance to old town and many restaurants. The staff are very attentive, the young tall man with curly hair could not do enough for us. We had an early tour of Auschwitz in our second day and the hotel provided us with a fabulous boxed breakfast to take with us as we were too early to eat in restaurant. I can not say enough good about this hotel!! If back in Warsaw I will definitely stay here!!

Joanna and the two gentlemen that got me checked in were excellent. They weren’t just helpful and professional, you could tell that each of them was really invested in making guests feel welcome and at home and that guests had the best experience possible during their stay. And Joanna is simply,,, unforgettable… ;-)

The only draw back when ordering a Uber is that the addresses are not really recognized by the drivers. They just drive around, and not all of them have the Uber sign on the roof, some only have the Warsaw taxi logo on the door. Makes confusing for travellers like me. But I will say that they are very nice and polite. All and all great place to stay and lots to see
