It was very clean. The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. There was nowhere in the shower for soap, etc., no shelf or anything. The breakfast was not very good. Got a waffle. Everything else did not look appetizing! Will stay elsewhere.

This place was very roomy and was within walking distance of a gas station. The pool was nice and everything was clean. Also breakfast was better than most other hotels!

Property is in terrible condition and is in desperate need of remodeling. I couldn’t get checked in for a while, due to the system being down, which caused the manager on duty to become frustrated. I will not stay at this property again.

The property is very dated. The furniture, carpets, etc are in need of a serious refresh. The chairs and loveseat were very stained and borderline nasty. The room we stayed in had a very moldy/mildew smell. The pool was nice! The desk attendant on Friday and Saturday morning was very kind and had great customer service skills. The desk attendant on Friday night was horrific! We needed additional towels and we asked very politely. He rolled his eyes and slumped his shoulder and mumbled. He had to walk about 10 steps and get them.

The room had a terrible odor. so did the hallway. The carpet was fithyin our room. None of housekeeping spoke English. Workers were across the hall from our room. Remodeling . It was noisy..

I could hear the people in the room next to me talking, and they were not yelling as well as hear their TV. Thankfully they went to bed early. Then I was awaken at 5 AM with the sound of forceful water as the room above me or next to me turned on their shower and the entire time they showered. Fix the pipers and insolation in the walls. Carpet was also weird. Not normal carpet and made a weird sound when walked on.

The check in check out process was wonderful. The room was clean. Breakfast was adequate. Staffs were nice and helpful. The facility was a little worn, some wall corner was broken off probably by careless customer banging trunks on it. Elevator was really slow.

I stayed here to be closer to my work due to winter weather conditions. No one cleared or salted the parking lot and I was unable to get to my car to leave. My husband had to come 4 hrs later and pick me up in front and drop me off at my car. I was very late for work. The air/heater every time it kicked on it sent out this loud high pitch noise so I did not sleep at all. The shower head only had 2 strands of water coming down and I was unable to adjust it. I did a stay like this last year with no issues. I’m not sure why this time was so different.

Did not care for Brian or the man who was there our first night. Brian was unprofessional, and the man who was there overnight our first night wasn't much better. We had a special circumstance come up, and they both just complained. I asked for a roll away cot which they made clear you do not have. I asked the second man for a couple of blankets, and he gave me the second degree about why I needed them. Seriously? We ended up going and buying an air mattress. In my opinion they were both unprofessional. The younger girl who worked at front desk was GREAT! I do not believe I would stay here again due to the 2 men.

Beware - High pet fees charged
The pet fee charged was totally unexpected as it wasn’t listed and was higher than any hotel I’ve stayed at, which was quite upsetting. I’ll never stay at that location again.

Great location but....
This location is very convenient for me while visiting family. However, it is very run down. Elevator/some room doors have etchings on them. Washer/or dryer were out of order. Ice machine on my floor was out of order. Bed reading lights were out of order. Shower water pressure is VERY low. The continental breakfast was okay. Can't expect much when it's free. The coffee was excellent though. Staff was friendly and accommodating allowing an early check-in. If they would just fix what's broken and allow for stronger water pressure, I would give it 5 stars/
