The staff was professional, friendly and respectful, both front desk and cleaner.The place was very quite and clean. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated. Only the wifi kept on disconnecting and reconnecting.

The trees around the hotel are nice. Some things were promised but not delivered with this hotel. No coffee maker in room, phone did not work, office chair was broken, no pen/paper, and the toilet overflowed and had to ask them for a cleaning after the technician left.

I thought it was great customer service at front desk. They made it welcoming coming in and going out. Rooms were good condition. TV a little too small but otherwise all went well. We got a suprise in morning from snow on car.

I know it’s not a long term stay kind of hotel but the room looked like it doesn’t get cleaned regularly. I was only there for a quick one night. It is what it is I guess.

We were grateful for the kindness of the staff and the clean room. The nearby highway was noisy and it would have been nice to have another blanket and a few more breakfast choices.

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. It looked like nothing had ever been washed, including the sheets. There were people yelling outside in the parking lot all night. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Should not have the Wyndham name associated with this maybe 2 star hotel. Second floor only has stairs, advertised free breakfast area is the size of a closet and has no seats or tables. Just checked in - can’t imagine that the breakfast is decent.

We stayed for one night only, but this is the worst experience that we had up to that point. The room is simply dirty and smelly, we did not use the bedding at all for fear of bed bugs. When checking in the clerk did not tell us clearly where our room is located and we ended up carrying our luggage up and down the stairs twice to locate our room at building 3. The room furniture is dirty and collapsing. Cannot believe the owner of this place keeps this property this bad! Strangely I saw many fave-star reviews elsewhere, wondering how the property operator find time to write those fake reviews, while totally ignored the condition and service level of this hotel. Shameful and despicable!

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is more of a motel with no true dining area. A coffeemaker in the room would be a great addition.
