Hello Mariana! The co-work is an A/C office space, we cannot have any ventilation from the outside since it's so hot in Nosara. We do have some desk in a shared space and also a little meeting room if you need more privacy, I'm sorry you were awaiting something different.

Hello David, I'm sorry to read this bad review, we do use bad reviews normally to get better and improve our services but this time I need to explain some details. The room you were in haven't been actually used since you checked-in in the afternoon, left and came back at 9am of the morning after pretending to have breakfast service in your room and cancelling your second night asking for a refund without even give us the time to address any complain. Also let me explain you that the pool doesn't have any black film inside, it's made with black volcanic stone so it is black. During Covid time we have improve our cleanliness and services, thankfully the others reviews shows how we're compromised in what we do everyday with a big passion. Pura Vida!
