“Bad cable service repair”

TV stations cable had an issue but really couldn't complain during xmas and service is usually tough to get outside help however hotel staff tried very best to fix system

“Out of town Disneyland family”

Although my stay was only one night I liked the room and didn't find anything to complain about. I was pretty sad to know there was no microway or small fridge to store my son's milk. Our room was clean and comfy beds too. The drive wasn't too bad to Disneyland since our stay at the hotel was due to our Disneyland trip(= about ten to fifteen minutes away. Overall pleasant stay. I would stay there again! Awesome free cookies too.mmm!

“Nice place to stay in this part of LA...”

I've never had a bad experience with any of the Double Tree hotels at which I've stayed and my stay here was no exception. The staff was always friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and modern. The other thing which I found nice was that the price for a room - although not the cheapest in town - was competitively priced and a great value given the quality of the facility and staff. An added bonus was the chocolate chip cookie which they provided at check-in!

“Great hotel for family vacation”

We chosed this hotel based on its good Expedia rating and reviews, and its location. We are very happy for our choice. It's right beside I5 freeway. It's a good location for Disneyland, LAX airport, and Hollywood Universal Studio. We booked an executive floor room. Therefore, we had a free appatizer and a drink for each night we stay. On our last day morning before going to airport, the staff from the restaurant suggested to me to take the 3 apptizers good for take-away. these appatizers were decent portion and high quality. We enjoyed them while waiting for boarding.

“my thoughts”

the hotel was perfect except that the sheets had little stains here and there and there was no drinking water in the room just ice and we were unable to get complimentary signature cookies the whole weekend cause they were out but other than that it was great

“Stay here if you're going anywhere near Norwalk.”

The Doubletree Inn is great value. Our room was spacious clean and comfortable. While there is a fee for WiFiein the room, there are three computers in the lobby you can access. The Sonoma Grillin the hotel has great food at reasonable prices. The is also the opportunity to have half price appetizers at the bar during happy hour. We come to area often and this hotel is the best banf for the buck.

“Fluffy Cloud Bed”

“Loved it!”

The staff was very nice! They gave free cookies when you checked in. Didn't eat it tho b/c my boyfriend really wanted both! I love how everything wasn't far from the hotel ESP the freeway. A lot of food places to go to (Taco Bell, McDonalds, In & Out, Applebees, Outback, Sushi place) and stores to go to if you forgot anything (Target and Walmart) . I really loved the room we had. It was very clean and smelled good too. The bathroom was also very clean. I was really surprised at how clean the room and bathroom was. The bed is sooo comfy! Everytime I laid on it I would fall asleep in less than 10 mins. And you get a flat screen tv with a few movie channels like HBO. The only thing we had a problem with was having no refrigerator but I think you can request for one. Overall the hotel was very nice! Will go back next vacay! The hotel look exactly how the picture look on the website.

“Great hotel right off the freeway”

I've stayed at this hotel two times when visiting family in southern CA. Everything from the staff at check in to the updated comfortable plush rooms and friendly bar and lounge downstairs this hotel are wonderful. There is an Outback steakhouse and AMC huge movie theater within a one to two minute walk.

“Good value, good service, friendly staff”

We chose this hotel from many in the area because it had the best reviews, which, we found were well deserved. Spacious room with all the amenities, nice linens, good breakfast buffet included, plenty of close-in parking.
