“Home town friendliness”
The staff was great. Within a few minutes after we started unpacking, there was a knock at the door, and we were handed a plate of hot cookies. There was easy access to major roads from the hotel. There was great security. The rooms were top notch.

“Great hotel for families and business travelers”
We were in DC for a few days then stayed here just one night before heading out of Dulles for the Caribbean. This was the nicest, largest, most-comfortable, and most affordable hotel of our time in the DC area. We had a two bedroom suite with kitchen. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, great location. We used the hotel shuttle to take us to the airport and left oiur car at the hotel, so saved money that way. Safe location, though a bit boring--non-descript suburbs. But perfect for our needs. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was close to airport and i gave it highest for all considerable categories. I shared what i felt as i also been to several places as a traveler.

Other than the bed pillows, I was very happy with my stay at the TownePlace Suites. They really need to purchase new pillows.
“SASSA proposal trip”
The stay was excellent. The ONLY negative comment about my stay is that the room's furniture in places were too large of size for the space and the doors in two places took away from the roominess of the room. The staff was excellent. The facility was excellent. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to all.
“Well worth the price and conveniently located”
My only concern was the initial smell of the room. It had a bit too much of a disinfectant odor combined with some staleness. I was able to open the windows (thank goodness) and by late evening the smell had dissapated. It was not a high end luxury hotel, but very nice for the person traveling through. The kitchen was very nicely equipped and there were a number of items available for purchase to microwave at the front desk. The availability of the self-service laundry and the fitness room were welcome extras. Everything was very clean and the rooms had very nice LCD flat panel tvs. The internet was high speed and easy to access.
“Nice Suites, average breakfast”
Check-in was very plesant and quick. Location close to airport but uninteresting. Close to highway, but no noise inside room. Breakfast was below my expectations. Cereal and toast.

Expensive but good for business travellers.
