“LUXURY in DC”
Great price for a great Room... Luxury at its best.

Everything was great. The staff mad us feel very welcome. The executive suite is perfect for people with children and expedia's rate is way better than the ritz rate. Enjoy your stay we did.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The concierge provided us with free champagne on Friday afternoon. When I mentioned it was my birthday, they had a spectacular desert tray delivered to my room. The staff was exceedingly helpful. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is very convenient to the Metro and to shops, restaurants, and an entire four story shopping mall. I would definitely go back.
“Best Hotel in D.C. Area”
We arrived at the Airport, took the metro to Pentagon City, and it leaves you at a mall entrance. You go up the elevator to the second floor and there is an entrance to the hotel from within the mall. Perfect spot within seconds of the metro. Room was perfect in everyway. The bed was a dream. My husband and I really enjoyed hotel. Worth every penny if not more. The location was excellent. Can't wait to go back. The Ritz provided excellent service. Just a little observation I made, the locals are very helpful. Don't be afraid to ask for help as far as getting around Washington.

We had a great stay at the Ritz and would definitely stay there again. Everything was as you would expect.
“Perfectly Situated”
We were glad we decided on the Ritz-Pentagon City rather than the chic hotels in the city. It was quite comfortable and within minutes of everything - via the metro downstairs. We regret renting a car because we never had to use it. The metro goes everywhere you'll want to go in the area. The hotel staff was professional, gave great recommendations and offered polite responses even when answering the most mundane questions.
“Very Nice Hotel”
Hotel is a little hard to find and valet was slow to arrive (it was midnight) but from check-in on everything else during my 3 day stay was flawless. I especially like the accesssibility to the Reagan National, WDC, Alexandria, and the mall. Wait staff in restaurant was especially nice and professional even for breakfast. Valet gave perfect directions. Drinks in bar were well prepared and reasonably priced for a Ritz.

This hotel is not in DC, but extremely convenient since the metro is right out the front door. The hotel staff is top notch! Upon arrival the concierge asked us what our plans were for the weekend and helped us choose a restaurant and plan out trip on the metro and one morning during breakfast in Fyve it took a little longer for my food to come out than the rest of my party. My waiter told me to help myself to the buffet, when I declined, he brought me a HUGE platter of fruit. The service in this hotel is hard to beat! We will definitely be back!
