Stayed here for the night before our wedding and our wedding night. Received complimentary breakfast from the front desk clerk name Lori along with a nice card. Had a problem with the toilet clogging but it was fixed right away. The hotel provides each room with a robe and mine was dirty or stained with makeup but the staff promptly brought another one. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay at this property again!

We have stayed at this hotel many times and are always pleased. When we arrived for our last visit we were told that the pool was being renovated. We were not made aware of this through Expedia. The hotel made sure that we were compensated and provided our family with four breakfast vouchers.

Everything at the hotel was wonderful - above expectations. If someone would ask me about staying, I would definitely mention that in addition to the cost of the room, they have to pay to park. I realize it's Alexandria, but I think it's ridiculous to have to pay to park at a hotel that you're already paying to stay in. I'll never do it again.
The food I had in that Restaurant was awful. It was so overcooked that I couldn't even get a knife through it.
But the hotel and accommodations and staff were top notch.

This hotel was recommended by a much younger friend for it's proximity to his mother's place and because he thought I'd like that it was "different" . I was able to get it at a very good price for the area. The shuttle was prompt, the snack bar is open all night and they have a very friendly staff. It is a comfortable place to hang out in the lounge and would be my choice again for it's young upbeat feel.
You may not be comfortable if you are a stuffy conservative looking for a business hotel, but for those types there is a Hilton Garden across the driveway. I found the mix of what looked to be young professionals and some families there a refreshing change from the usual hotel motel population.
I liked their policy of giving snack bar points for re-using the towels and sheets . They forgot one morning wake-up call so they gave me a complimentary breakfast with their apology. Fun place .
