“Great recommendation. Thanks Expedia!”
Our room was great! We reserved a 2 bedroom room. And it was a full two bedroom apt. Each room had it's own bath. And the living area had a sleeper sofa. The 5 of us were very comfortable. The kitchen came equipt with dishes, pots & pans, the staff started the dishwasher every day! It was a great place to stay! The hotel was located in a great spot that allowed you to look out the window and see the Pentagon in front of you, and the rest of the city in the scenery. Perfect highway access of I-395. All of the staff (day & night shifts) were helpful in every way! The kids loved playing pool in the evenings & swimming too! The food/breakfast meals had something to be desired, but they are free. We would definitely stay here again!
“A Perfect Place To Stay”
The room was clean, comfortable and roomy. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. We had a gorgeous view of the Pentagon and across the river to D.C. We were able to easily walk to the Metro...only two stops from downtown. The hotel shuttle will take you to anyplace within a mile of the hotel and then pick you up later. The only disappointment was the jacuzzi was down due for maintenance.
“Ideal accommodations”
My trip was made memorable by the hotel stay. Delicious complimentary breakfast, beautifully styled studio room, free shuttle service to the train station and anywhere you want to go, restaurants, grocery store, you name it, they will get you there. I would love to go back very soon.
“Great hotel, especially for the money”
We have a baby, so this was the perfect place for us given the fully-equiped kitchen. The full breakfast was a great perk too. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we had to pay for parking, which we weren't aware of before we got there.
“Great Stay”
Fantastic, Great veiws, Shuttle on time, Quick drivers, Happy stay, VA over Maryland anyday, Best visit yet. 1 block to the metro A++
“Great Value in Pentagon City”
My two daughters and I had a terrific experience at the Pentagon City Residence Inn. The room was very comfortable and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was very good. It was a long two block walk to the Metro Rail station but the complimentary two mile van service was quick to run us over and pick us up. The Metro ride was quick to everywhere we went in DC. When we ate dinner near the hotel, the staff made recommendations and the van ran us over and picked us up after (until 11:00 pm). They also ran us to the grocery store. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I give it "two thumbs up" and I can be pretty critical.
“stay here”
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.Large rooms, great breakfast.
“Nice Spacious Rooms”
We are a family of five with 3 children ages: 16, 5 and 2. The two room suite accomodated us all perfectly. We were in town to enjoy the Independence Day festivities and to do a bit of site seeing. I HIGHLY suggest this hotel for future Independence Day trips. Not only did we see the Monument fireworks from our room, we saw at least 15 othere fireword displays in the distance. It was just so beautiful and exciting. This hotel is an older one but they keep it EXTREMELY Clean. I was more than happy with the cleanliness of our room. The breakfast buffet is quite chaotic and left us circling around for tables each and every morning. Still, I can contribute that to the busy time we were there as even museums were very crowded. I almost forgot, the beds are quite comfortable. The beds were wonderful after a long day of walking.
“Call Me Crazy”
I stayed on July 6th,2007. Expedia did a great job with my hotel reservation. Since my plane arrived at 8:31am. I was hoping to atleast have the free shuttle to pick me up, so I can leave my bag behind the counter. BY 10:30am, I was checked into my choice of room. view of the Washington Monument or The Pentagon. I was able to get into that Free Breakfast.(lots of choices) I made of pitcher of County Time Lemonade. When I returned from DC and the Metro. I'll Feel right at Home. My Mom (Marie) pass this year. So Arlington National Cemetery was a Must. Very Clean Room Until I Decided to Sleep On The Floor. Call me crazy, Beautiful Flooring and Carpet. The AC & TV works well. Great Staff.
“Nice hotel”
Nice hotel. The room was large and comfortable. The location is great within walking distance of the mall and metro. Also there are loads of restaurants and even a supermarket not far away. The only down side is the parking rate. That should be factored in if you plan to have a long stay.
