“Great family friendly hotel!”

This was our second time staying at the Marriott Arlington Courthouse and it was as great as the first! This a very new property and everything still looks very clean and new! The staff is very accommodating and helpful. The location is great for exploring DC (only a few stops on the orange line metro into DC and all the main attractions). The surrounding neighborhood (Courthouse/Clarendon) has great shops and restaurants.

This hotel was exceptionally clean. For my visit in July 2011, the hotel seems brand new. The staff is attentive, helpful, and friendly. The continental breakfast offers every breakfast item you can think of. We walked to shopping and fabulous restaurants just a few blocks away. The metro is within 2-3 blocks. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice friendly staff. Clean room. Metro rail station is within the plaza, only a 2 minute walk to the metro entrance. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Hotel gives a complimentary hot breakfast and the first 3 days of the week a complimentary dinner.

“Very nice and covenient”

Very nice hotel with large stylish and comfortable suite. Perfect location: 0.2 miles to the Metro, 0.5 miles to bike trail, if you like walking you can walk to Arlington Cemetery and to the Mall. Good breakfast, friendly service, very affordable price. Value for money is very high, especially with comparison to the nearby hotels.

“Poor start, but good finish”

Poor service at front desk at initial check in. After the initial poor experience, we found the hotel and the remainder of our stay to be very good. The hotel was clean and quiet. We would go back.

“Good hotel, Terrible breakfast”

Very comfortable, spacious, clean rooms/suites with kitchen, pull out sofa, plenty of room, good tv, excellent location and good value. On the downside, breakfast was terrible...filthy, messy dining room, way too small for how many guests were there, self-serve on foam plates, watery coffee. Absolutely a low-class, poorly managed service in what otherwise is quite a nice hotel. Also, the hallway of the floor we stayed on was absolutely freezing, despite my request on the first night for them to turn down the air conditioning. I've no idea why hotels find it cost effective, environmentally friendly or comfortable to have their hallways chilled to sub-60 degrees.

“Great Hotel, Terrible Parking”

I enjoyed the hotel. Great accommodations. Parking each evening was terrible. The hotel has limited parking spaces. Staff at hotel are not helpful nor friendly with alternative parking solutions. I cut my trip short to avoid another night of parking issues.

“Nice Hotel, Short on Parking”

A nice place to stay when you visit NOVA and DC. Parking is problematic. The hotel garage filled in Saturday night, so I had to find other parking. Strange considering I checked in on Friday night. They oversold the parking garage.
