“First Class Experience”
Wonderful hotel. This is the first hotel i've ever reviewed but had to do it in this case because of the experience I had there. Room had kitchenette with Microwave, stove top, granite countertops and full refrigerator. Service was excellent throughout. A restaurant located in the sister hotel the renaissance provided excellent fare. The shuttle was easy to take to the metro which was a comfortable 15 minute walk also. The rate for this hotel which I received from Expedia was incredible and could easily have been in the $200-$300 range and it still would have been considered a bargain.

The experience from start to finish was pleasant, personable and special. Being a first time visitor to this part of the world, comparing venues in Dubai and Abu Dhabi this was comparable. Well done to the staff!

The Residence Inn is very new. The room was very well designed with a flat screen TV that swivels between lounge and bed viewing. The wash basin is external to the bathroom faciliting one person being in the bathroom whilst the other uses the basin. Excellent lighting and full kitchen. Even the view of the faux courtyard between the hotels allowed good natural light with privacy. Highly recommended.
“Excellent Choice for Visiting Washington!”
This was a great place to stay. It is very clean, the staff is great (and very funny) and you get breakfast and dinner served for no extra charge. More to the point, you get two free beers (or glasses of wine) with your dinner! The suites are very comfortable and I couldn't hear a peep from the nearby rooms. The only thing missing from this place was a hot tub, though there is an extensive gym and indoor pool on the third floor. The hotel is also very close to the Crystal City metro stop which is just a few short stops to Washington.

The hotel was brand new and very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned and restocked each day. The breakfast was tremendous! The only downside was the cost to park in the garage was $22 a day. The kitchen area was a great touch and very convenient as well.

This property is about one year old and maintained to very high standards. It is very close to the Metro line with a hotel shuttle that takes you to the station and picks you up. Their breakfast was also above average, well maintained with more than the normal selections. They also offer grocery shopping option for long stays. Awesome experience.

“Mary's Review”
The hotel staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Everything was in good shape, the breakfast included was great, and the shuttle was convenient for the airport or the metro. (Or the walk to the metro is very doable.) A limited room service was available until midnight, and the restaurant next door at the Renaissance was very good. The only drawback was the pool is small, and our room was a little noisy since we were near the pool, workout room, and laundry. I also would prefer two doubles to a king and a pull-out couch, but overall, the hotel was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.
