“Very Nice”

What a find, only a block and a half from the Metro at Rosslyn. Friendly staff, nice bed, good pillows, nicely decorated - just right. The Metro is just super to travel around Arlington and all of DC. Also, only a ten minute walk from trendy Georgetown. We arrived at 8 am and they still found us a room.

“Great hotel for the price”

I agree with the 4-star hotel rating. Pros: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The location is great: just across the river from downtown DC and just a few minutes walking distance from the metro station. Cosi restaurant is just across the street and Starbucks just down the street. Cons: Our room did not have a good vew (we were on the 5th floor). Although we were facing the river, because of the wall (that seemingly blocks the view from the 5th floor only) we did not have a good view. Overall very satisfied -- will probably stay there again when I'm in that area.

“Great Affordable 4 Star Hotel”

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Palomar in Arlington. Great location near the Rosslyn Metro Station and situated with a great view of the Potomac River. Would definitely recommend if visiting the DC area.

“A Splendid Stay”

I recently stayed at the hotel on a 3 day 4 night trip. The hotel was wonderful quiet, great food, great service and all that you could ask for on any trip away from home.

“Contemporary especially allowing dogs, great views!”

Enjoyed our stay, accommodations clean, modern & overall atmosphere relaxing. Loved the fact that they allow dogs and that we have a fabulous view of the National Cathedral and the Potomac River.

“Really nice hotel”

The hotel room was very quiet and comfortable. There was a beautiful view of the Potomac River and Georgetown. The breakfasts were delicious and the service was great. The hotel is well situated just round the corner from a Metro station. My 16 year old and 11 year old were able to share the large Queen size beds and there was ample room for all of us

“Great hotel with wonderful views of Georgetown and the Key Bridge”

The staff was great- I explained that the stay was a Valentine's Day surprise for my husband and that I absolutely had to have a room with a gorgeous view. Although they were packed, the girl at the reception went out of her way to ensure that we are completely satisfied. We were served strawberries and champagne upon arrival and the staff made sure that we had settled comfortably. We were late for their wine tasting but we were still given the complimentary bar coupons. The only downside was parking- the options are only valet or street parking. There is a mandatory charge of $18 per car for using the valet parking on Fridays and Saturdays.

This is the third time I have booked rooms for family and friends. The hotel is new, with contemporary furnishings, great views and extremely comfortable. A complimentary wine tasting is featured each evening around 5:30pm. I plan to use this hotel again!
