“Very well run upscale hotel”
Typical Hyatt, Upscale room. Comfortable bed etc.The only fault was that business travelers should know there is no building wide wi-fi and the hotel charges to hook into their system. You have to go to the business center and pay to connect to the internet there. I thought it was a bit petty. Over all a nice hotel in a busy noisy area.
“Really Service Oriented.”
Great customer service; staff always smiling and willing to help; I had a personal issue and needed assistance and receive the help promptly. I would highly recommend this hotel to people visiting the Washington, DC. area. The hotel is reasonable, the food is excellent and it is located right across the street from DC's metro line.
“Awesome Hotel”
Stayed here during a trip D.C. Hotel is extremely clean, staff is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is directly across from a Metro stop making it very convenitent. Area of the city is very clean and safe. Only thing I didn't like was paying 12.95 a night for WI-FI. WI-FI is usually free, but that is nit picking. I would definitely reccomend this hotel!!!!!
“Great Hotel when visiting DC”
No Complaints, wonderful stay!!
“Nice accomadations at a reasonable price.”
Everything was nice. The only complaints I have are the shower head in the room was removable and on an adjustable slider. As soon as the shower started heating up the shower head would slide all the way down and not stay up after that. Therefore, you had to hold the shower head the entire time. Also, room service is supposed to be from 6a to 11p. However, there is no breakfast menu in the room. You had to call down and ask what they had available. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Also, staff was friendly and helpful.
“AWESOME Hotel”
The Hyatt Arlington was the PERFECT place to stay while visiting DC. It is literally half a block from the Rosslyn Metro Station (Orange & Blue lines). We took the metro from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel all throughout DC. It eas extremely accessible! The hotel and staff were wonderful. They checked in with us at least three times during our 5 night stay to make sure that we had everything we needed for our sightseeing and any other activities during the day. Hotel was completely updated, staff was awesome, and the location was perfect. Already looking at going back to DC and staying at the Hyatt Arlington.
“Great place to stay”
We were in for a weekend and the hotel was great. Staff was friendly, room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. No problem with noise. The only drawback was the breakfast buffet. We were not impressed. Expensive and the service was mediocre.
“Good Hotel Great service”
I liked this hotel. The bed could have been more comfortable but the room was nice. This is not a kid friendly hotel (no pool) but that was OK with us. I traveled with my wife,daughter,10 years and son 7 years old. They enjoyed the breakfast.Convient to the Metro(across the street).Easy to get to all the site seeing in DC. Service was very good.
“Great place to stay!!”
The hotel itself was beautiful! Very retro style, nice for the young or young at heart. Great location in Arlington, one block from the metro station. Overall, great stay!
“Perfect location”
We stayed at the Hyatt Arlington for the Marine Corps Marathon in October. The location was perfect as we were about 2 blocks from the finish line. The staff was very accomodating to the runners. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. My husband stays here often as he travels to Arlington quite a bit for business. He always stays at Hyatt Arlington.
