“Nice place”

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Spacious and well kept. The only drawback is that it is fairly new so finding it can be a little tricky, it took us a while to find the place.

“very nice”

The hotel is pretty new, rooms are spacious and clean, with 2 queen beds in each room. We had 2 adjoining rooms so it was nice for everyone to have their space but be together. Rates are reasonable and they have good coffee in the lobby.

“Quality Hotel in a Great Location”

One of our favorite Fredericksburg, VA hotels. New construction, excellent condition and great ammenities for the price. Quiet esp. if you stay facing the shopping areas (vs. I95). We had a clogged toilet which was fixed the same morning while we were out. We enjoy Wegman's, a wonderful grocery store which is within hollering distance.
