“Great Location!”

Great hotel, the location is ideal if you are planning on using the Metro, the station is attached to the building. Customer service was outstanding and the room was really clean and with updated features and furniture. The hotel does not have many options for dining but there are a few restaurants within walking distance.

“Hotel Arlington”

The hotel staff were extremely helpful. They could not have been nicer to me and my family. Each person went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. I travel to Washington several times a year and have never stayed at this hotel, but I will always stay there now. Thanks to everyone for making this a great weekend. You make a difference.

“Convenient to Metro”

If you prefer to use the Metro to get around Washington, this hotel is very convenient as it rises above the Ballston station. Typical Hilton standard for its smaller properties. Nicely appointed.

Everything is as you would expect it to be. Book early, they fill up fast.

“Hotel couldn't have been any better for the price”

I was thrilled to stay at the Hilton Arlington. All of the workers are very welcoming. The conceirge couldn't have been more helpful than what he was. It was our first time needing to take the metro to go to the trolley and the conceirge walked down with us to show us how to get our tickets and gave excellent directions. He also gave us his phone number should we get lost. I saw a few hotels while I was there and none of them beat the Hilton. There's also a huge mall just 2 cat walks away. There are many places to eat that are less than a block away. The beds were extremely comfortable.

“Nice hotel; very convenient access to DC”

Overall very satisfied.. convenient access to the Metro and to the National Mall in DC.. the only thing I didn't like was the lack of a real lobby, and there were only 2 elevators.

“Loved this hotel!”

The price was amazing and the location was terrific - just a few feet from the Ballston Metro stop. We visited DC when the wind chill was below zero, and it was so nice to be able to walk to the mall using the walkways instead of outside. When we arrived back to the hotel in the evenings, they greeted us with hot cider and gingersnaps. Staff was wonderful, and rooms were so comfortable.

“Will go back”

This hotel was wonderful. It was a nice hotel with a large room, easy access to a shopping mall, metro outside the lobby, plenty of eating establishments (both sit down and fast food), nearby pharmacy, grocery store, and sports bar. The service was perfectly fine for me. My check out was at noon, but my flight wasn't until 7:00 pm and they were accomidating in securing my luggage until I was ready to pick it up to go to the airport.

“Wonderful Hotel”

Hilton's Arlington hotel was an excellent place to spend four nights. The friendliness of staff, a beautiful, comfortable room (at a nicely-discounted holiday rate for 2 people), convenience to neighborhood services - all were exceptional. The only minor drawback (not the hotel's fault) is the very convenient Metro subway/bus station outside the building's rear corner. At night, some shady charachters hang around and several homless people sleep in the area - but the boundaries are apparently well-drawn and the overall atmosphere is safe. Oh, and for smokers - there is a lovely "Smoker's Oasis" area outside of the main entrance - with nicely appointed sofas, chairs and tables. It's a pleasure to find a place which is realisitic - making a substantial effort to be accommodating, while still obeying the law.

“Great hotel”

The Hilton Arlington is in a great location. The metro is a 100 yards from the hotel and it's only a few stops into Washington DC. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely courteous. Room service was a tad slow but as we weren't in a hurry it didn't really matter. We would certainly recommend this hotel if your planning a holiday to Washington and We would definitely stay in it again.
