“Perfect for DC Sight-Seeing!”
My husband and I stayed here for a week while attending a wedding and taking in all that DC has to offer. It was an easy walk to the Crystal City metro stop. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning and cookies and coffee in the evening. Couldn't have asked for anything better for the price. Thanks!
“Crystal City's Best Hotel”
Hampton inn suites Reagan National is a walking distance from the Metro and 3 min. from the airport. Friendly staff members, excellent breakfast bar and reasonable rates. I would love to stay at here again next year.
“Nice place”
We really liked this hotel - location and price were great. The staff and service were above expections; and so nice to have a free airport shuttle, as we then used the Metro all week. Only bummers were no air vent in the bathroom, the windows don't open, and the breakfast was limited & not real good entrees each day but adequate. Free coffee 24 hrs.
“Great hotel in a great location”
We stayed four nights for a professional conference and some sightseeing, and Hampton lived up to its reputation at this hotel. The rooms were attractive, clean and comfortable, the staff were all great, the complimentary breakfast had a very nice selection of foods (including ample healthy choices) and the serving staff made sure that the food and coffee didn't run out. The dining area was well laid-out with ample room for numerous guests at once. No snags with the free wireless service in the rooms. Ample parking space in their garage directly below the hotel (for an extra per day charge) Once you have parked your car, you ride up an elevator to the hotel lobby, so there's no need to battle the elements. The Metro was just a block and a half away, with quick, safe and efficient transport into Washington DC (via the yellow line, for a couple bucks each way you can reach many of the major DC attractions in a 10-15 minute ride). There were a number of good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and the neighborhood was safe at night. The hotel also offers an extensive room service menu, but we didn't try it. And the best part is that you can get all of this for a great price compared to other DC area hotels!
“Hampton Inn Reagan Airport - Arlington”
Good quality for the price. Reasonable sized room and bathroom, very comfortable. Free breakfast (basic but satisfactory), free Wifi. Great location - just one stop on the metro and a short walk from the airport (get off at Crystal City), and only 5-10 minutes by metro to downtown. There also a free shuttle to and from the airport (although i couldn't work out how to arrange a pick up from airport - I suggest you phone)

We had specific needs as we were visiting relatives. this location is great! not in DC, but close enough, with every necessity within reach. good dining, shopping and close to airport and mass transit. we will definitely add it to our list.
“One of best Hampton Inns”
Excellent friendly employees. Breakfast 10 on scale of 1-10 Location was tops as close to metro stop and many restaurants nearby within a few blocks. They worked hard to resolve one issue that we had with our bathroom and did accomplish after a couple of tries. If we returned to area, would definitely use this hotel again.
“Great value!”
I have stayed at the Hampton Inn Crystal City on multiple business trips to the DC area. I think it's the best value in the metro area. The metro is 2 blocks from the hotel for quick access to DC. There's shopping 1 metro stop away at Pentagon City and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly. Plus, you can't beat the free, hot breakfast which has so many more options that your typical "continental breakfast" option at most other hotels. I will continue to book at this hotel for my business and personal travel to the DC area in the future.
“Very pleasant stay”
We stayed in the Hampton Inn Suites-Reagan National in Jan 2010. We found the rooms large and comfortable. My mother-in-law was particularly impressed by the quality of the beds. She has a back problem and is wary of beds other than her own. She was relieved to find that her back didn't bother her at all during this trip. Although other reviews mention that the breakfast bar area is too small, we found the space to be ample, but we were eating later than the typical business customer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were always able to answer any of our questions or needs. Our only complaint is that 1 of our rooms fell off the 'To clean' list, and missed cleaning on 1 day. Regardless, overall it was a great experience. One other comment: we booked our 3 rooms through Expedia. Before we arrived we discovered that one of the reservations was lost. It was a hassle to get this corrected. In the future, I would make the reservation straight with the hotel.
