“great hotel”
really great hotel, good condition, comfortable, people are very nice and helpful. I will think of choosing it again next time
“Very Impressed”
We spent 3 nights at the Fairview. The hotel was very well maintained. I saw a lady wiping down the walls in the hall. The room was imaculate. Very comfortable bed. Extreemly clean room including the bath. And they had a very nice breakfast. We wished we had more time to stay. Located very close to nice dining and shopping. They made a fast trip very pleasant.

I stayed in a single room. THe hotel staff were very friendly, the hotel was very nice and well maintained, and the complementary breakfasts were very nice too. It was a very nice hotel for such an affordable price.

“Stayed twice, great place!”
We've stayed here twice in the past 12 months and have been pleased both times. Very clean and comfy. Nice deluxe continental breakfast, but it does get crowded especially on the weekends. Very convenient location. Several restaurants in walking distance, and a short drive to the Metro station.
“Overall Great Experience”
Stayed Friday night to Monday morning. Very courteous and speedy service from staff. Took advantage of complimentary shuttle service to National Air and Space Museum near Dulles - very nice. In a driving rain, the young lady transported us from door-to-door without us getting a bit wet. Also a nice breakfast selection each morning. Highly recommended.
“Good Price for Good Hotel”
It was a decent price for a good hotel with good service. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. My king bed room actually had a good size refrigerator! The hotel's only 10 minutes away from the Dulles Airport and the shuttle was very convenient.
“Great Hotel”
Great hotel ... our room was extremely clean & comfortable (for family of 3). Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodaing. Breakfast was great too. On the flight path for planes landing at Dulles, but we didn't mind. It was fun watching the approach. We would definitely stay there again.
“Excellent Hotel”
I stayed at this hotel in late October of 2007. The staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. They even picked me up from a business meeting and took me to Dulles after the checkout time so I wouldn't have to hail a taxi. Excellent hotel. It's also within walking distance of a number of sit-down and fast food restaurants.
