“great hotel”
Hotel was great. Near by restaurants and grocery stores were excellent.
“Decent place for the price”
Not the cleanest place I've been but for the money I paid, it wasn't bad
“Lacks facilities”
The kitchen equipment was lacking, only one large and one small spoon, only one plate, etc. even when asked at the desk they did not have basics.

The usual hotel guests in this hotel are people that came late at night and do all kinds of noise. The non-smoking rooms smell smoke.

“Not really much of a hotel...”
The hotel is basically just a place you can stay for awhile. It's a basic room with a bathroom and small kitchenette. The bed was not comfortable for the night I used it. I thought I was pretty flexible on bed quality but the floor might have worked better. The hotel is like a cross between a basic apartment complex and a motel. It's not much more than that. Basic needs only. Staff is not even on site between 11PM and 6PM.
“no water for a full day ; not told when making reservation”
there was a sign posted; I read it; main water line to be cut off 9-5 p.m.; i asked if that meant no toilets or showers or sprinkler systems; i was told yes. BUT as i was checking in there were no other places to stay in the area; I had looked. If I had been told this on making my reservation I would not have chosen this hotel; another had a room cheaper but I chose for location.This was an overpriced room for the accomodations- no toiletries, no towel exchange except do it yourself; plastic glasses; bent tin forks; one day of in room coffee (I stayed 2 days); littered parking lot; chewing gum marks; worn out carpets; surly desk staff..never again..
“Disappointing”
There was no one at the desk when I arrived and when I called out, I was greeted by a housekeeper doing laundry that couldn't speak English well at all, nor could she understand a basic question. A gentleman came to the counter asking for toilet paper and she handed him a box of tissues. The mattress in the room was extremely hard, and uncomfortable. I checked to make sure I was not on a box spring. The sheets on the bed did not look fresh. My room smelled overwhelming of fried foods, from the next room over. I will never stay at this particular hotel again.
