“Our 1st Choice”

Embassy Suites Hotels are always our family's first choice for out of town stays. Rooms are very comfortable and always clean. Your evening Happy Hour and morning made to order breakfast is always the best!!! WE've LOVED YOU in our family for at least 20 years!!!!

“One of our favorite hotels in Old Town - will definitely go back”

My family has been to this particular Embassy Suites many times. This time, however, was our most enjoyable visit yet. The rooms had just recently been decorated, and the decor was both comfortable and chic. We loved the flat screen TV in the living area! The fitness center had been moved and much improved since our last visit; we had a great workout on the treadmills! Finally, the service at the bar at Duke's was as personable and great as ever. The only minor quibble we have is the size of the parking spaces in the hotel's parking deck. We will definitely go back to the Embassy Suites at Old Town Alexandria!

“Location, Location, Location”

Great room at a reasonable rate, right across from the Metro stop. Close to fine restaurants and Old Town Alexandria.

“Embassy Suites Old Town”

The location of this hotel is the best thing. Right accross the street from the metro. They have free shuttle services to Old town Alexandria. The breakfest included with the room saves money and makes it easy to get a large party cordinated.

“Embassy was sweet!”

The Embassy Suite was fantastic! The location is perfect. Across the street is the blue and yellow line Metro. You are three stops from Reagan Airport. We had five in a room which required two of us to sleep on the sofa bed. Ouch! The breakfast is a big plus. Every day made to order. The manager's happy hour was great after a long day of sightseeing! The pool was indoors and a hit with our kids. The only bummer was the hot tub was out of order. I highly recommend it!

“Perfect Hotel for a family trip to DC”

I researched so many hotels in the DC area for our first trip to DC as a family (we have 4 kids ages 10-15). Embassy Suites worked out perfectly. The entire staff couldn't have been friendlier or more accomadating. The breakfast is included and much better than most hotel breakfasts we've had. There is a made to order area with eggs, omelets and pancakes and the service was great. They also had a happy hour each evening with snacks, beer / wine and soft drinks. The hotel is directly across the street from a metro station and there is also a free trolley shuttle that will take you down to the old town waterfront and restaurants. It was perfect! The hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle within a two mile radius if you need to run out. There is also a pool with a life guard on duty. We were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend!

“Great location”

Great location - Metro at your door; Alexandria restaurants outstanding; Negatives: no airport shuttle; have to fight for breakfast, including silver: rather poorly staffed; front desk not very friendly

“NICE HOTEL QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD”

Great Hotel - close to DC without all the traffic and people. The elevators are fast, the free breakfast and happy hour are great. The breakfast is a true cook to order breakfast (eggs, pancakes, bacon) not a complimentary donut and muffin. They have onsite laundry machines and dryers. I would NOT stay in DC if you are visiting --stay in this Hotel and take the metro to DC. The town of Alexandria is very quaint and quite an tourist attraction in itself.

“About what I expected, very nice.”

My first stay in Embassy Suites. My husband has stayed several times for work related trips and always said it was nice. This particular hotel proved to be very nice.
