Pros: IT HAD A POOL AND THE LIFEGUARD WAS CHILL.
The room was DOPE. We had a BALCONY. We ordered ROOM SERVICE. There were TWO TVs!! One in the living area and one in the bedroom. I almost wanted to forget about DC and just spend my vacation in my AWESOME room. AND THERE WAS A POOL.

A nice hotel near the airport, and metro

Posted 14-Apr-2015
Pros: a cheaper options when compared to downtown washington DC, and it is relatively close to metro station
Cons: food quality at the skydome restaurant
Location: Next to Pentagon, Regan Airport, and metro station to downtown Washington.
They have free shuttle every 15 minutes going to/from the airport, and it is really convenient. The room is nice and my room have a nice view of the Washington DC with the monuments across the river. The hotel also provides shuttle to the closet metro station every 30 minutes. If you just miss the shuttle, a walk to the Pentagon City metro station is just 3 blocks from the hotel. The room is mostly clean, and comfortable, and it is quite as well. They have a small revolving restaurant overseeing downtown Washington DC. The view is nice but the food is not. The burger was a bit dry, the fries were floppy, and the mac & cheese did not have enough cheese. Eat elsewhere and get a drink there to enjoy the view.

A fine hotel

We had troubles at first with the thermostat, this was quickly rectified. Not much within walking distance but hotel shuttles were very helpful. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel close to Metro

It was very clean and quiet hotel except the bathroom where I found a hair. It was close to the mall and metro. There were shuttles to the airport, the mall and the subway.

Nice hotel but did not live up to expectations

Posted 7-Apr-2015
Pros: Beautiful views, skydome was nice in the evening
Cons: Parking, discounts to hotel guests for visiting skydome over the weekend
My boyfriend stays here when in DC for work. Booking this hotel was a no brainer for us. However, I wasn't impressed Pros: Beautiful skydome. If staying on the weekend, go before 10pm to avoid cover. Yes, even for hotel guests. Good location. Walking distance to metro Beautiful city views The evening staff worked to ensure my bf and I had the same room when transitioning from his work reservation to our personal reservation. We really appreciated not having to repack our belongings to move to another room. Cons: No discount for hotel guests in skydome on weekends after 10 When transitioning the room from the work reservation to personal reservation, parking wasnt added. When exiting the garage, we were stuck at the exit garage, blocking cars behind us, until someone came to help us. We were told to go back to the front desk to add parking to our cards. When we finally went back to the front desk 1) there were at least 10 people in line 2)the rep could not add parking without a manager. We waited in line for all that time for nothing. They offered to send keys up and they did. However, when exiting the parking garage for the final time, the keys still did not work to allow us to exit the garage. Annoying and a waste of time! The morning staff that transitioned our hotel Friday did not look like she enjoyed her job An event in several private rooms was booked on the same floor as ours (HHonors floor no less) l ,making the hallways really noisy. No rest or sleeping in

Very disappointed by a Hilton property!

Posted 6-Apr-2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Attention to customer service, cleanliness, and training of the staff to communicate with guests.
Location: Close to the Pentagon, a mall, and a metro station. Lots of construction nearby. Good view of DC.
The public bathroom by the lobby was filthy two days in a row, had no toilet paper, and pooled dirty water all over. The Cafe at the breakfast buffet had filthy dishes on our table two days in a row. There was even lipstick on my coffee cup. The staff made no apologies. We did not get housekeeping service one day, and the next day, after a long day of sightseeing, our room was still not cleaned until 5:00 pm! The maids did not give us enough towels, and when I called for more that night, the delivery man practically threw them at me. The temperature throughout the hotel on one day was boiling. Another person's check out slip was delivered to us incorrectly. The only redeeming quality was the bar staff. They were wonderful!! Overall...one of the worst hotel experiences ever. I've had a better stay at a Motel 6 before! Never, ever again will we go to a Hilton brand hotel.

Convient to everything

Posted 30-Mar-2015
The room was clean and the staff was great. The only problem was they charged us twice for our room and if I wouldn't of looked at the bank statement it wouldn't of been refunded which takes 5 days to refund. That was very inconvient because it took money away from the things we wanted to do on our visit.
