“Great place”

Great place close to metro, fashion mall, airport, and tourist hotspots. Only suggestion would be for earlier shuttles to airport.

“Great Stay!”

I cannot say enough good about our stay here at the Double Tree!! Everything was excellent right from check-in to check-out! Staff was friendly and courteous and the bell men were always eager to get you a cab or shuttle to where you were going! We had a room with a view of the city and the room was amazing....what a spectacular view! We dined in most of our stay and the food at the hotel was always excellent and big servings! Special thanks to the manager Kevin who ensured our stay was a memorable one! It is always so nice to see a manager of an establishment so approachable! Thanks again for a great stay at the Double Tree Crystal City!

“Too expensive. Not worth.”

The parking is too expensive. The repairing of the building makes the hotel look very bad. The location is good. No breakfast is not good.

“Doubletree”

This was a pleasant hotel to stay in. The shuttle to and from the airport were great! All the staff were helpful and pleasant.

“Needs some updating but not bad for price & location.”

Bathroom had some previous water damage but room/ hotel is clean. Location is good.

“Hidden fees”

Hidden fees, hidden fees, hidden fees. It looked like a good price till I got there and had to park the car and make a local call or two!! I also left a garment there, when I called the head office about it, they said I would get a call back in 5 minutes. I never did get the call. I went back to get it, I was there but it was no longer hanging and pressed. It was in a ball but I was happy to get it back.
