Good hotel close access to Pentagon.

Posted 25-Feb-2015
Pros: Bed was comfortable and staff was nice.
Cons: Attention to cleaning detail. Wifi access.
They were rewiring the wifi in the hotel and I didn't have wifi access for online college tests. There were hairs in my bathtub when I checked in. After coming in from the day the following day, there was a dirty washcloth in the middle of my living area. Staff was nice and tried to help with wifi situation. Should have not taken down old wifi until the new wifi was installed.

Convenient & good quality DC hotel.

Posted 11-Feb-2015
Pros: Convenience, value, cleanliness/
Convenient shuttle service to & from National Airport & the Metro. Friendly staff. Arrived late & ate at the Sky Dome, only restaurant still open. Great views across DC form the revolving floor....

Prime Location for For Royalty!

Posted 6-Feb-2015
Best staff friendly and quickly checked me in, along with the infamous warm cookie. Room was prepared, very clean. Amenities were to die for... Services on point! Free shuttle to/from DCA airport! Oh, and let me not forget to mention the revolving rooftop restaurant with the views of the city! No hidden fees, they tell you right off the bat that there is $50 deposit everyday, and a $27/day self parking fee. Totally worth it, especially being in D.C! Would not stay anywhere else, and I most definitely will be back!

Okay place, expected more from a Hilton

Posted 31-Jan-2015
Pros: Bed was big
Cons: Food wasn't delivered to the bar area, had to walk over a to-go counter, order food and come back to pick up in 15 min.
Location: Nothing close by to eat.
Took almost 10 min for the water to heat up for a shower and then the shower head kept falling down. Called wake -up, didn't happen. Room was nice but was disappointed at the lack of food service for the bar or service in the seating area for drinks. Had to go to bar to oder drinks.

Convenient Travel Stop

Posted 31-Jan-2015
Pros: Location, Airport Transfer, Friendly Staff, Price
Cons: I do not think it would take much to make the revolving restaurant slightly more elegant than what it is
My wife and I stayed one night here due to the location and airport transfers that it offered. We were not disappointed and rested well at this hotel. We met up with a friend who lives nearby and invited her up to the revolving restaurant, which was a nice experience, but it seems you pay for the view as the décor was not attractive and food mediocre for the price.

Construction, Construction, Construction

Posted 10-Jan-2015
Construction started at 7 am and ended at 7 pm. Pounding , knocking, screwing, banging, clicking. I think you get the point. Don't stay there until construction is complete.

Did not get room I paid for

Posted 9-Jan-2015
Pros: N/A
Cons: Client service
Location: Location was ok.
I arrived to the hotel and was surprised to find that they were sold out for the night and, even though I paid MORE and IN ADVANCE for a king size bedroom, ended up having to sleep in a double one. The person in charge told me that this was a common issue when booking through third-parties (i.e. Expedia) and gave us a $25 voucher for food and drinks at the bar only after we complained. Still I felt it wasn't enough, but it was too late at night to even look for another hotel.
