“A warming welcome.”
The room may not have been the very best but the cleaning services went ABOVE AND BEYOND what they had to. None of our things were missing. The hostess was super kind and awesome at answering questions and multitasking. She had a bunch of tourist checking in at the same time we were trying to get some questions answered. Even though she was totally swamped she gave a smile and answered questions even the guy next to me was being totally impossible to deal with. I would say this was better than the Hampton Inn I stayed at in Ohio and I paid twice the price there. Customer service is everything.
“Great hotel”
My sister and I stayed here due to the price and location. The hotel staff was very accomodating and helped us with any questions we had. It took about 30 seconds to check in. The hotel itself needs maintained. The rooms weren't dirty - some things just needed replaced. The free shuttle to Roslyn Metro was a huge plus! It ran on time and was there each day to pick us up. I never once felt unsafe. The other guests were just like me - normal folks trying not to spend their entire savings on a hotel in DC. I don't need much - hot water, good water pressure, clean sheets and a TV. This hotel had all of these things and a helpful, friendly staff! I had a great stay and will stay here again!

Thoroughly recommend. Friendly and helpful staff, good location - shuttle or within reasonable walk of Metro. Resturants close by. Will be staying here again.
“As per the expectation (predictable)”
The hotel was great 2 star hotel. Everything that was listed was available. Functionality wise, there was no problem. (Of course it is not a fancy hotel). The major advantage for me was that the hotel was close to DC and shuttle to metro provided fast access to downtown DC (where hotels are considerably expensive). Wireless Internet access was fine on my laptop, but was not able to get connected on my iPod. Since there was no elevator, i chose lower floor. A mediterranean restuarant was on the next block provided quick/immediate option for lunch/dinner.

“Good budget place”
This is a conveniently located hotel right off Arlington Blvd. Just a good quality, no-frill, clean place to stay. Checkout is supposed to be at eleven, but I requested a noon checkout and it was no problem. I really appreciated the extra time.
“Transportation”
The hotel has a shuttle to and from the metro many times a day which is very convenient.
