“I've stayed in cheaper places that were better.”
It was very loud due to the city buses and it was really hard to sleep later in the mornings. Also the hot water was not adequate for my shower.
“Good choice for last minute booking”
Booked room the day of our stay. Originally had planned to stay with my family but wasn't very comfortable there so went to lunch with my bf and booked the room via my smartphone while eating. Once we paid our bill went straight to the hotel and didn't have any issues checking in. The only part I wasn't too happy with was paying for parking which was $21 a day! Outrageous in my opinion but otherwise the stay was pleasant for two days.

One of the Front Desk Staff was not so nice, but overall was a great experience.
“Good choice for DC business or touring”
The Crowne was easy to access 15th street and close to DCA for rental car return. Breakfast in the hotel was very good & I used the hotel shuttle service for dinners at King Street Blues and Ruth Chris. KSB has great tilapia. It's a short drive (10 to15 minutes) across to the monuments & memorials in DC. Arlington Cemetery or the Pentagon on this side of the river are also just minutes from this location. My room was well appointed and clean. Thanks Crowne, I'll stay again.
“Not impressed”
Pros: Decent rooms Great cleaning staff Friendly staff in restaurant Cons: Somewhat rude concierge Overpriced frozen foods (its very easy to tell nothing is actually prepared by them - I guess a pro would be that atleast the food is warm?) Nothing in the area For the rate that they charge, you can do much better. And you would actually be inside Washington, DC.
“If The A/C Only worked”
Not a bad place to stay. The front desk people were helpful. The A/C is old and not working on an 85º day. If you pay in advance to get a better rate they can not credit you anything back for inconvenience of the A/C not working properly. Other than that, enjoy D.C.
“rude”
Front desk staffs were rude and unhelpful. They didn't try to resolve problem but instead, they simply blame me and travel agency(expedia) for an error which was cause between them.
“Cheap weekend out”
The location and weekend rates are great. The lack of a concierge and only one restaurant/bar was very limited unless you were familiar with the area. Would consider staying at this hotel again.
“I will not recommend Crowne Plaza, Arlington, VA”
Rude and not-smiling front desk clarks. Bathroom hair dryer was not working. They did not fix it during our 4-night stay even after requesting three times. Room lock was not working, so they fixed it and gave us two additional room access cards (total four). Only one was working throughout our stay.
