“Stay for business and pleasure”

Room was excellent, pillows a little too soft. Very clean and up to date. Staff was on point and eager to please. It was evident that my satisfaction was their main concern. Food was very good. Breakfast was included and welcomed each morning. Had a meeting at another hotel nearby and the Courtyard's shuttle service never let me wait more than 5 minutes.

“Great Experience”

Hotel was in a great location. My room was clean & comfortable with plenty of pillows. Good food at the restaurant. No complaints at all.

“Great option for Tyson's corner/Galleria”

The front desk was helpful, but could be friendlier. They were nice to give me band-aids when I accidentally cut my finger, and the men operating the shuttle were very prompt and courteous. Only downside is that the shuttle will only take you in a 3 mile radius--the airport is out of the question so I had to take a cab. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel was a bit hard to find because the roads are all service roads that surround it. Wish there were more easy dining options around that are not steakhouses and the like.

“Comfortable but hard to access”

This is a basic traveler's hotel with free garage parking. The housekeeping staff was very respectful of my "privacy please" sign.

“Better than expected for price”

Much better than I expected. Only issue was they ran out of sunday papers. Instead of sending shuttle for more they offered to ride me to store.

“Great Location”

The room was kind of small, but the hotel has a good location convenient to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The room was very clean and my wife loved the jacoozi. The staff was very professional and helpful.

Hotel is located in a good area for shopping, sight seeing in DC. The staff was great! Really made you feel like they enjoyed you staying there. I would stay there again.

“Highly recommend”

I highly recommend the hotel, Tyson mall is cross the street, but the only proplem that appear to me is swimming pool, b/c I spent four days in the hotel but the swimming pool was closed

“Clean and Cozy”

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days. The only problem I had was the room was a bit on the small side, however, everything was clean and the staff was great. The breakfast buffet is a bargain so don't miss out. Coffee is given in the lobby during the mornings. We parked the rental car and took the hotel shuttle to the metro station which was super. Use the Metro to go into DC. It is fast, very clean, and the people are wonderfully nice. The orange Metro let us out at the "Federal" stop which is very close to the main attractions. At night coming back, we just called for the shuttle which was super. We saw alot of people in DC getting parking tickets and parking is timed in alot of spaces so this is the way to go. No traffic, no hassels!
