“Very friendly”

This hotel was wonderful. Sometimes you have to be a little patient with the shuttle, but as soon as they are informed that there are people waiting they send out their second shuttle. Also, there is a very limited amount of eating establishments close to the hotel.

“Quite impressed”

This was my first trip to DC and I was happy as ever with this hotel. The staff was great; the service to and from the airport timely,friendly, and offered good tips on using the Metro system. My room was quiet, bigger than I expected, and comfortable. Absolutely would recommend staying at this hotel.

“A Nice Place To Lay Your Head”

The hotel itself, is fine. The staff is friendly as well as accomodating, the atmosphere is pleasant and my room (1114 was very comfortable. Here are the problems with the hotel: dining and remote location. The dining hours are 6-10am M-F and 5-10pm. So that means no lunch or late night food. However, the hotel is directly across from a 7-11 and a pizza parlor. Also a CVS and Magruders. The hotel is off the 395 freeway, so by car it's not a bad drive into DC unless there is traffic. From what I was told, it is not close to a Metro station either. However, the hotel does offer free shuttles to and from the airport and the Pentagon City shopping mall, from which the metro station or a taxi can be used to get around. The hotels shuttle runs from 6a-11p.

“A nicely maintained option close to the city”

Overall, a very pleasant hotel. Great bedding and an outstandingly pleasant staff were the high points, and our room was well-lit and ventilated. Lobby internet access for guests was useful and low-hassle, and the breakfast waffles were wonderful. I would certainly stay there again.

“Can't wait to go back”

Hotel is close to the metro and mall and has a free shuttle to the metro and reagan national airport. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. After a day of walking to see the sites it was nice to come back to an indoor pool and hot tub.

“Clean and Quiet”

The hotel was clean and quiet and the lobby was comfortable with a fireplace and two computers to check e-mail. The hotel provides a free shuttle that will pick you up and take you to the airport (Reagan) and also take you to the Metro at Pentagon City.

“Good Value”

Good value. Breakfast at $10 for two included in rate was a great deal. FUll continental breakfast plus omellets, waffles, bacon, etc. Convenient to all attractions.

“Will Stay There Again”

We stayed four nights. The price was reasonable, it was within easy access to all parts of Washington DC area for sight-seeing with the added advantage that it was quiet - no street noise. The bed was luxurious (king); the internet free and a strip mall across the street for quick incidentals.

“Very nice experience”

We stayed here on a visit to Washington DC. Overall we enjoyed our stayed. The pool is very nice and the business center allowed us to print up our boarding passes. The shuttle to the Metro was nice, though not as often as we hoped. It was a good, comfortable, standard hotel room. The front desk is very helpful.
