“Very satisfied customer”
Extremely satisfied. Great value, incredibly friendly staff, nice clean room, and great location. Also, the parking garage which is right next door is locked at night (but you can get in and out with your hotel card), and they have a free shuttle to and from the Metro station in Pentagon City.
“Ready to go back!!”
I really enjoyed staying at Courtyard by Marriott Pentagon South but the only complaint I had was that the pool wasn't open later than 10pm and didn't open till 10am the next morning. Other than that, I can't wait to go back! Unfortunately, the weekend went too fast.
“A Great Place to Stay”
This Hotel was a little hard to find, but once we found it, the staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, they have a indoor pool, with a lifeguard on duty all hours, that the pool is open, Had a view of the Washington Monument and Capital building
“Nice Alexandria hotel”
Only down side was distance to Washington,DC. But, with hotel shuttle to National airport and its metro stop, getting to DC was doable for not alot of money.

Great hotel for adults and children. Nice pool and exercise room. 24 market in hotel for snacks and nice breakfast buffet. Dinners resonable in the hotel also.
“home away from home”
We enjoyed every minute in our hotel. I took my 12 year old to DC to see as much as we could in 5 days and since I'm a single mom and not the tough type we wanted to be in before dark so we were almost always in before 7 pm so we spent alot of time in the room. The pool does not open until 5 p.m. during the week, but this was fine for us. There was a cost for breakfast, but kids eat free. The staff helped me set up our itinerary of where to go to be more time efficient and cost effective. There was only one thing we did not get to see and that was our fault for sleeping in until 10am, but we will get it next time!
“Pretty far out of D.C. proper”
The staff was very helpful in teaching us how the Dash (bus system for Alexandria), MetroBus, and the MetroRail system worked. Even though its pretty far out, with their courtesy shuttle to the Regan Airport Metro Station, it was pretty accessible to D.C. We did not rent a car so we depended totally on public trans. You just have to make sure you're back at the Regan Airport by 10:45 since thats the latest they will pick you up.
“Great Front Desk personnel”
The front desk was wonderfully prepared for our questions with pre-written directions to various locations: restaurants, coffee, and specific DC sites. Upon checkout, we reported two mechanical issues(no heat, nocturnal toilet noises),and without any prompting from us,the front desk removed our parking garage charges to compensate for the inconvenience.
