“Best Hotel in Fredericksburg, Va”
The hotel is close to all the historical attractions. We all found our room and the bathroom to be very clean. I have a bad back and usually have a hard time sleeping in hotels but the bed was so comfortable that I slept right through every night and woke up without pain. The indoor pool, jacuzzi and exercise room was also very nice. The continental breakfast was ok but they do need a bigger room, it's a little too close.
“We'll stay again”
I was extremely pleased with this hotel for the price we paid. the rooms were clean and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The morning breakfast was above average continental but very good overall and always well stocked.Great coffee.This was a great value for the money and I have stayed at my share of "roach motels" and thankfully thisisn't one of them.
“Great Hotel”
Everything was good about the hotel except the room was a little hot. The only way that we were able to cool the room was to open a window.
“Tops for the Price”
We were quite pleased with this hotel. We are light sleepers, and the noise level was great! The room was well-cleaned & stocked. The breakfast each day was surprisingly ample and tasty, including sausage & eggs. The staff was helpful & friendly. The only negative, whatsoever, was a slight smell in our room - either mustiness or a less favorable cleaning agent. Yet, it wasn't enough to bother us. We certainly plan to use the hotel again when in the Fredericksburg area.
“Very pleasant”
We only spended one night. It was comfortable and quite. Great location for our visit to Historic Fredericksburg. They offered breakfast- it was ok for something quick. The young lady at the desk was very helpful. Would stay here again.
“Very Satisfied!”
The hotel and grounds were very well kept. The room (suite) was large and very clean. The employee at the front desk was very polite and even greeted our dog with enthusiasm.The pool and hot tub seemed very clean and maintained as well. Location was convienent to 95 and all the fast food shops. The only complaint would be the heating system. We were told it is a "Green" heating system and it basically decides whether you need heat or ac. Even though it was 35 degrees outside it would only let our bedroom get to 65 degrees.
“favorite stopover”
we always pick this motel when traveling between NJ and NC. It is a convenient location. We enjoy the staff who are very friendly and conversational. The breakfast is really great; a lovely lady runs it very efficiently.
“Very pleased.”
The cleaning staff did a marvelous job. I was impressed each day with how thorough they were. I also enjoyed the small lending library in the lobby. There were quite a few nice surprises with my stay. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful.

The hotel was great. We loved the location. My child enjoyed being able to swim also. Will stay again!
“I would choose this hotel again”
For the price paid, I found this hotel to be more than satisfactory! It was clean and well kept, and the employees were courteous and respectable. The complimentary breakfast consisted of a wide variety (i.e., eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles, danishes, coffee, tea, juices). I felt completely safe the whole time I was there and there was a peaceful atmosphere that enabled relaxation and clarity of mind so I could take care of and complete the business I came there to do. I would definitely choose to stay in this hotel again and I would recommend it to anyone who was looking for a hotel in this area.
