everything was ok . the only probglem i had was the pillows they were very small and when i ask for more they said they didn't have anymore other then that and the location i was ok with the stay

Clean, friendly, eager to please, free continental breakfast, computer and printer available, free faxes and cheapest price for the DC and Northern Va area. I am a happy repeat customer. If this weren't enough there is a Boston Mkt with free soup refills as well as Pizza Hut, Subway, Ethinic, grocery and fast food nearby.

“Cheap Price-Great Deal”

The hotel was better than expected. The price was cheap but the service was reasonable. I expected the worse. But overall, it was a good stay.

I rented several hotel rooms for a weekend as part of a group. My chief complaints are that: 1) 2 out of 3 rooms the A/C didn't function very well. cold air came out but the room was always hot. no one from maintenance ever came to look at it. 2) I asked for and was granted late check-out on my last day, but was kicked out shortly after noon from one of the rooms anyway. 3) They seem to be understaffed at the front desk. There's typically only one person and many outside calls go unanswered. 4) They stated hi-speed internet was free, but after the first night the internet was down for the rest of my stay. On the plus sides: 1) There was a room safe that was offered free of charge more or less. 2) There were interior doors that connected the doors to my group's rooms. 3) The rooms were able to handle a fair amount of noise without drawing complaints from neighbors or management.

“Comfortable and friendly Manager & great shuttle drivers”

Very convenient for work and my church community. Room could be a bit cleaner if they vacuumed it as much as they clean it. WHile a nonsmoking room I could almost smell some cigarette smoke in there, don't know why. Outside premises needs work --- pick up cigarette butts & q-tips lying around. Remove standing water in walkways, rake off leaves and pieces of paper lying around. Breakfast orange juice and apple juice needs constant refilling.

Good price per night. The room was clean. All hotel carpets shampooed. that day. 2 double beds comfortable. A/C worked well. Shower with good pressure and nice shower head. TV good reception. Continental breakfast my wife enjoyed. No issue with safety. Detractions inlcude the ice machine out of ice first night. . No other problems I think the negative reviews are due to people expecting 4 star hotel with this rate per night. I saw no bugs, Room was worn but clean. We were visiting D.C. and did not spend a lot of timein room but to sleep. Across road is mexican and chinese restaurant. . Again a very cheap price. You get what you pay for

“A Good Bargain”

If you're seeking style and luxury find a Marriott or Trump hotel. This facility delivers what it promises, a bargain for your money. The inn shows the scars of aging but it is clean and adequate for the traveler who merely seeks a safe, comforable place to spend the night. There is a variety of places nearby where hotel guests can eat and shop. The shuttle to the Van Dorn Street Station (on the blue line) is an added bonus. The drivers were always courteous and eager to provide service. During our stay (five days) Romeo was always prompt, engaging, and accommodating as he chauffeured us to the Metro stop some 2.3 miles away. Guests cannot go wrong if they are lucky enough to have him as their driver. Front desk personnel are eager to accommodate guests and make the stay a good one. The old saying that you get what you pay for is true to an extent but guests actually get MORE than one expects for the budget rate. Without a doubt I will return to this hotel.
