“Good rural/non-urban stay”
Ok facility, good folks, helpful staff.
“Would use again”
Was very satisfied with motel. It was clean and very convenient to the expressway. There were a lot of restaurants in the area to chose from as well as shopping for necessities. I would highly recommend it.
“Great and Friendly Service!”
We were greeted by a gentleman who was very friendly and courteous. We got into our room in less than five minutes and everything was very clean. Also, the breakfast was FAB!

I stayed while in town to watch my son play baseball for a local college. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the staff friendly. The hot breakfast was very good, too. I would definitely stay again!
“Not bad for Marianna”
This Hotel is in a small town. It's not bad for a small town Hotel. Dont expect anything like a big city hotel. I would go back, but really only because its in a good location for the job I do. The good things are its next to a walmart, and the wireless internet gave me almost no problem. The bad things are the breakfest ( dont eat the eggs), and customer service is not great.
“Poorly Trained Front Desk, Questionable housekeeping”
This is obviously an older property attempting to compete with newer hotels surrounding the property. The rooms were extremely well done and comfortable. Obviously rehabbed recently. However, unless their housekeeping improves it will quickly deteriorate. The corners and basboard areas were harboring an excessive amount of dust/hair, and their was something white on the desk chair in the center back and center seat that looked like something was spurted onto and dried there. My sister reported that her sheets were laundered but had obvious large blood stains. The wireless internet connection was good and a computer was provided in the lobby for guest use. The breakfast buffet was excellent, but I had a little concern about the holding temperature of the "hot" food. The front desk service was horrible. When we checked in, the desk employee panicked because we had a prepaid Expedia reservation. After multiple phone calls to her manager (who was "off" that day), she insisted that we pay AGAIN for the room because she claimed they had not received their money from Expedia and refused to issue us keys until we agreed to pay for the rooms ourselves. I had to request that she honor the original rate we obtained through Expedia, which she did. I did not have the Expedia customer service number with me at the desk, or I would have called during the check in. It took until 10 PM that night for Expedia to get the hotel to credit the overpayment. Expedia had my back on this
“Bad Motel should change name”
I found the check in nice. But the over all service very poor. The bathroom had mold growing around the edge of the shower. It was the best decision I made when I change my reservation from 7 days to 1 day. The staff in the morning was noise and quite in polite. They would yell down at hall to see what rooms they are going to clean this started early in the morning. I thought something was wrong and looked out side to see what was going on and seen the lady pushing the cart and yelling at each other. This started around 730 am. When I checked out I let the staff at the desk know and they said the housekeeping did not start until 9am but in this case they must of started eariler because I did see them yelling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that wanted a clean and quite place to stay because this does not meet any of this qualification. I would hope expedia would check this out and take it off the list of hotel for your clients to stay in and have a pleasant time becuase this is not the place
