“Extremely nice European hotel”

This was a lovely, modern hotel with all the amenities one expects in a 4-5 star hotel. The rooms, though somewhat small by American standards, were modern, clean and extremely comfortable. The highlight of our short trip was dinner in the hotel restaurant which was comparable to any fine dining establishment and absolutely exceeded our expectations for hotel fare.

“Great business hotel”

I stayed at the Renaissance Hotel a few times of the past 3 years. They did a good job renovating their lobby earlier this year, so it looks more sophisticated. The reception staff is always very nice and speaks perfect English. The best part of the room is their bed. They give you 5 fluffy pillows, great down blankets and the mattress, oh so comfortable. The hotel is situated in the center of the city with a great supermarket and the tram stop just across the street.

“Very convenient and clean”

We just spent the night there on our way to Amsterdam. Were very pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the hotel. Also, it was a very short drive from the exit.

“Best hotel in Karlsruhe”

After many experiments with lodging in Karlsruhe, I find this hotel to be the best adress in town.

“Good central location and comfort”

Very comfortable room on 5th floor so the road noise was not evident, lovely comfy double bed, full bathroom and carpets all made a very restfull bedroom. Only thing missing was tea and coffee facilities (this was a 'delux' room). Excellent if pricey breakfasts, but food prices in Germany are not cheap and similar to Britain.

“Karlsrhue good location”

Easy to get to off the Autobahn - quick walk to restaurants and local sites. Also great for visiting the Black Forest and Strausburg France. Nice spot for day trips in and out of Germany. Only an hour from Frankfurt airport.
