I would not recommend this property. We had no water from 8pm til morning with no communication except this written in our key slip, no offer to reimburse some payment. Difficult with kids. The cabin was ran down and old. Bathroom floor had water damage, cooking facilities unusable- stay elsewhere.
The cabin was fine for a caravan park. Spacious living are and comfortable beds. IGA and playground close by. 15 minute drive to Launceston. Would recommend.
It was very good value for money, and had everything I needed for my stay. There is not much to do in Hadspen itself, but it is a very handy location for travelling around the region.
The chalet was very comfortable and conveniently located just out of Launceston. The only improvement I could suggest would be to provide some lids for the pots and pans to allow food to be cooked more easily. Overall a nice stay though.
Lovely affordable spot to stay just out of town, busses from right outside the property run regularly and can take you into Launceston if you don’t have a car. The walk down by the riverside was stunning, saw platypus in the water and lots of beautiful sunsets.
Good amenties, had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking at the property is also a plus. Close to local shopping complex. Dead bugs covering the pillow and scatterred across the bed. Reception was closed in the morning (at quarter past 9am) so couldn't even have this fixed before we went travelling for the day.
Older style cabin that was clean and comfortable with cooking facilities. Comfy bed which took up almost all of the room, but the rest of the cabin was quite spacious. Friendly staff.
family friendly with spacious common area such as game room, BBQ kitchen. The unit is also spacious and clean. Friendly staff.
Kitchen facilities in the unit are worn-out.
Clean presentation however it was old and tired and it was inconvenient to not have a hand wash basin with the separate toilet. Very noisy plumbing woke others when washing hands at night.
Loved our weeks stay here, especially backing onto the playground my son had a blast. Would defiantly stay here again

Liked: Cleanliness
The main bedroom in the unit was very small. Just enough space to walk between the wall and bed.
Parking strips have been covered by the unit. It would be an idea to review this on one side.

The house is very comfortable for living, a large comfortable living room, kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and a four-burner gas stove. Spacious bathroom. There aren't as many things in my personal kitchen as I found there.Quiet place, and the way to the center of Launceston by car takes only 10 minutes.

Great location just outside of Launceston, perfect for day trips to Ben Lamond and Cradle Mountain.
Staff were very friendly and very helpful.
Their Response to feedback was amazing.
IGA on site was very handy and other supermarket only 8 minutes away.
