“Good place to stay”

Great quiet location, nice hotel and rooms, friendly staff, wonderful freshly cook food. I can highly recommend the breakfast.

“Excellent for a week or weekend break in the Dales”

Beautiful location and plenty of space in the grounds for sitting and absorbing the views as well as room for children to run around and use up any spare energy. No 'lounge' as such but the bar area was welcoming and friendly. Excellent choice of breakfast and well propared and served. Dinner menu looks comprehensive but did not eat dinner there. Worthy of recommendation.
