This place is awesome!!! Rooms are very comfortable, service was great, atmosphere fantastic. I highly recommend doing the guided drive, the guides are very experienced and use radios to spot where the animals are. I will definately return!!

“Excellent game drives”

The hotel was extremely comfortable and great value for a family room. Enormous buffet breakfasts and dinner. Resident family of warthogs just beyond the hotel. Hotel's game drives into the park were excellent with knowledgable and interested staff.

“Would love to go back”

This is an excelent hotel with friendly staff and outstanding service. The food is wonderful and varied and the rooms comfortable and clean. On our arrival, there was an elephant grazing near the hippo pool in front of the restaurant. There were vervet monkeys in the trees on most days, and on two mornings we had breakfast outside, watching a herd of wildebeest roaming around the outside of the hotel. If you want a relaxing holiday, combined with superb game viewing, this hotel is highly recommended.

“Excellent Service”

Wonderful, friendly staff with excellent service!The receptionists weren't always able to help us, but management was quick to jump in and provide us with all we needed. The food was absolutely to die for! I highly recommend both the breakfast and dinner buffet as well as the bush braai - what a stunning idea... Dinner in the bushveld with a nice big bon-fire!!!

“Nice hotel at Pilanerberg game reserve”

We arrived by car before mid day. The room was given to us just before 2 pm as they promised. We reserved for that same afternoon a Safari on which we only got to see two of the big five, but it was very nice. They had problems with internet connectivity that day so we could only use it late at night. Good hotel.
