“nice hotel pleasent stay”
good hotel if slightly dated but rooms and facilities excellent also nightly entertainment was excellent all in all avery enjoyable stay
“Impressed”
Really good hotel, the rooms were really nice, the service was excellant. The computers were down and so they had difficulties with the checking in, however they dealt with this really well, were very apologetic. Excellent venue, brilliant food and entertainment. Cant wait to go back.
“Good Stay”
me and my fiancee recently spent 3 nites in this hotel and we had a great time not far from the pubs and buses right on the doorstep more or less and great arcade below the hotel really good Staff manners also breakfast was lovely every morning and the nite entertainment was great too especially the cabaret act we saw on sunday nite.
“Great hotel for a cheap price.”
For the cheap price that I paid, this hotel was a pleasant find. The room was spotless, Only stayed one night. As others have mentioend, it is mostly a hotel for seniors. Only negative I found was that nothing is open - no coffee, etc before 8am. 7 would have been better for those of us who like an early start.
“ENJOYABLE BREAK”
I asked for a quiet room with a view and boy did I get one - a marvellous panoramic view of the resort, thank you. Plus's - Staff very helpful, self-serve breakfasts much appreciated, although a very old building (tatty in places, for the price it was good value and I had a very enoyable stay. Minus's - Shower decrepit, pokey and very inefficient. Lift to 5th floor out-of-order for stay.
“No Welsh accents to be heard”
Lovely large hotel with nice rooms.Bathroom flooring is like hospital bathroom flooring.Breakfast was tasteless, rubbery fried eggs, watery scrabbled eggs and dried up bacon (sausage i did not want to touch) Juice drinks and cereals were very good however. People smoking at entrance to hotel i did not like. Otherwise a really good hotel on the sea.
“Good Value for Money”
The Grand is in a good location for sightseeing within Llandudno, only really let down by the lack of parking - we had to keep topping up our car at the pay and display nearby, but it was only 1.10 for the night and 3 for the day. Inside the room was nothing glamourous, but clean and comfy and the hotel itself was fine too. The breakfast was the usual buffet affair, nothing spectactular, but perfectly edible. The evening entertainment wasn't really to our taste, but seemed to be popular with other hotel residents - I get the impression this hotel is targetted at the older end of the market. I'm sure there are more plush and more unique places to stay in Llandudno, but if you are visiting Llandudno and not wanting to spend too much time in your room, then this place is more than adequate.

“would go again 60s weekend”
