We live in country NSW and had to travel to Sydney for medical reasons, and needed somewhere conveniently located to the hospital. The place that we normally stayed at was booked out, but the Royal Pacific fitted the bill nicely, so it's another one on our list. We found the hotel very clean and comfortable, the staff pleasant and the food, although not a very extensive menu, good. The lift was definitely a plus.

Staff were friendly and the beds comfortable. The breakfasts are good however if you in a single no breakfast is provided and you need to pay extra. The decor is modern with interesting photos of the area.
I enjoyed my stay.
Before even seeing the place I had a great feeling! When I was making our booking it sounded too good to be true, so I rang the Hotel to make sure, there phone manners were beautiful and understanding of any confusion I had.. "Can I Really deal with my booking entirely with cash??" "Of course you can here at St Leonards!" 😀😀
From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a genuine smile and a crisp, fresh cleanliness everywhere I looked. Everyone from the front desk to the café/restaurant were happy in there place.. that alone made me feel welcomed, and assured me that I had made the right decision on staying at Hotel Urban! Finding our room was easy, the room was spacious, warm and imaculate.. Presentation Plus!
I could go on and on about this place.. but some things are better left unsaid so you can have your own personal experiences, all I can say from here on out is... ENJOY!!! 😆😀
Location was great, very near a ferry stop, views were awesome, the only thing which was annoying was the wifi. We had to pay for it but the service was very intermittent at best, and nonexistent at worst. Our room was nice but needed refurbishing. Overall a good place to stay.

Perfectly situated absolute waterfront-facing the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, right on the harbour's edge at North Sydney …More
North Sydney is a compact secondary central business district. High-rise offices, cafés, restaurants, pubs, and a few small shopping malls dominate. Busy from Monday–Friday, it quiets down on weekends, but within 1 km is the relaxed, al fresco café, pub, and restaurant scene of Blues Point Road. Trendy Kirribilli is not much further away at the northern base of the Harbour Bridge.
