Small rooms but clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The restaurant service was equally courteous and efficient. Good food at a reasonable price.

“Ideal location”

Although the hotel is an old one, it has been properly maintained and refurbished. It is located near the Johnson & Wales University, on Biscayne Boulevard. This gives it great access to everything along Biscayne, from malls, mini-malls. restaurants, etc. I requested a room on the first floor near the door to the parking lot, and was given one. I have stayed here before. The front desk service was friendly and readily available at all times. I did not use the pool as I did not have the time to do so.

Every person employed at Best Western in North Miami, that I met, was most helpful and friendly. The room that I was given, Room 106, was very clean, had an iron and ironing board (very handy), everyday the bathroom was always cleaned & refreshed with towels and soaps, bed linens changed, and room vacumed. The decor lovely and adequate. A phone and TV with remote supplied. I would not hesitate in staying in that very room again.

This is our second year to stay at this Best Western for the Miami Boat Show. It is very convient to everything easy to get to. Plenty of places to eat close by. Pharmacy across the street, barber shop etc. Hotel staff greeted me by my first name when I walked into the hotel. Remember us from last year. Very clean place, quiet excellent staff. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great value for the money.
