Property Amenities
The 91,000-square-foot hotel casino has 2,500 slot and video poker machines, 38 game tables, a live poker room with 10 tables; a keno lounge, 550-seat bingo room, and 220-seat race/sports book.
Other amenities include a 60-lane bowling center, 18-screen movie theater, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, and 10,000-square-foot Kids Quest childcare facility (hourly supervision, entertainment, and exercise offered; surcharges apply). Texas Station's gift shop carries logo merchandise and apparel.
Meeting and banquet rooms total 40,000 square feet and can accommodate groups of up to 1,000 people. There are also two wedding chapels on site, plus a special-events center that is host to live entertainment such as boxing events and concerts.

Texas Station has 200 guestrooms located in a six-story tower. Rooms are decorated with light wood furnishings, wrought-iron accents, dark carpeting, and brocade upholstery. Furnishings include armchairs, ottomans, and 27-inch televisions.
All rooms have pay movies and in-room safes. Wireless Internet access (surcharge) is available. Coffeemakers are provided. Bathrooms feature tile floors, marble vanities, and oval bathtubs.

Texas Star Oyster Bar - The Oyster Bar serves clam chowder, roasts, gumbo, salads, and sandwiches. The menu also features grilled chicken, shrimp salad, tuna salad, oysters, shrimp, crab, and lobster entrées. The dining room has several televisions and offers seating next to the casino or at the counter. Open for lunch and dinner
Austins - Austins is a steakhouse serving USDA prime meats, bacon-wrapped shrimp, chopped steak, sirloin, and fresh salads. It has contemporary decor with wood furnishings. Open for dinner only.
San Lorenzo - San Lorenzo features Italian-themed decor, an extensive wine list, and classic cuisine such as pasta and seafood dishes. The dining room features an open kitchen, dim lighting, and candlelit tables. Open for dinner only.
Feast Around the World Buffet - The hotel's buffet restaurant has eight live cooking stations and a wide range of choices, including Chinese, Italian, and Mexican cuisine as well as Texas barbecue. The dining room has roadhouse-inspired decor and Texas-themed carpeting. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Club Armadillo - This bar is located off the casino floor and features live music nightly. It has a nightclub atmosphere, seating near the stage or at the bar, and bar-top video-poker machines.
A-Bar - This lounge serves only top-shelf liquors and features live piano music each evening. It has a small seating area with leather chairs and a stylish bar.
Martini Bar - This lounge features an extensive menu of original martinis and offers seating next to the casino floor.
Whiskey Bar - This Western-themed bar has a large bucking-bronco statue and bar-top casino games.
Splits Bar - Located in the bowling center, Splits has a stylish black bar-top, pool tables, darts, and a small seating area.
Food Court - The hotel food court includes Fat Burger, Panda Express, Starbucks, Quiznos, Baja Fresh, Sbarros, and Hot Dog on a Stick.
Casino Bars - The casino floor features several 24-hour bars, including the Garage Bar and the Sports Bar. Both feature video-poker machines and all-day cocktail service.
Recreation
The Texas Station has an on-site fitness center and an outdoor swimming pool with sundeck and lounge chairs. An on-site 60-lane bowling center has a pro shop, pool tables, and darts. The bowling center offers league play, tournaments, parties, and special events in addition to single-game bowling.
The hotel is 3 miles from the 18-hole Las Vegas Golf Club. The concierge can assist with arranging tee times. The Lake Mead recreational area is 27 miles from the hotel and offers boating, helicopter tours, and water sports.

“Great Value”
Yes, it's off the strip which is probably why this hotel is such a bargain. I checked many other hotels and read reviews before choosing. The room was clean and big, quiet too. There's much to do right there. 18 screen movie theatre, huge bowling center, sports betting, lots of food choices. The buffet was pretty good too. I loved having a Starbucks inside!
“Nice place -- off the strip”
This hotel has a fantastic buffet! It is off the strip so a car is desirable if you are planning on seeing Vegas. Texas Station is close to shopping (Wal-Mart Superstore) and there is another large hotel/casino right across the street. The pool area is rather small, but the complex has 18 movie theaters to keep the kids busy.
“Impressed”
Considering I looked for a hotel at the last minute, I didn't expect much in my price range . I was very surprised that the hotel had a theater also and some great places to eat. I didn't have to leave there for any other entertainment. I would stay there again , this time on purpose!
“Everything you need in a hotel at a super price”
When I stay at a hotel I want a comfortable bed with quality bedding and room large enough so I don't feel like I'm sleeping in a closet. I want clean everything & a good quality tv with a picture I can see without diversions, a choice of movies or channels to keep me entertained and a way to connect my laptop to the internet. When I put the do not disturb sign out I do not want a knock on the door for anything. I like the bath to be well stocked with plush towels and the little extras. I want it to be self climate controled and the heat or a.c. to be ample to be comfortable. I want a decent room service menu with good food at a decent price. AND I want it all at an affordable price. I got all this at Texas so why would I be anything other than totally satisfied. My stay at Texas was everthing I wanted it to be. If I had to find 1 thing that wasn't all it could be I would suggest that their room service be 24 hours and it is not. Big deal! I'll be back.
“Las Vegas Texas Style”
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this Station Casino that I had booked for a business trip. It was equal distant between my work site and the Las Vegas strip so I was able to combine business and pleasure with ease. I was not overly pleased with the dinner buffet, but for the price it was acceptable. The Italian restaurant was excellent and had good service. My husband and I also enjoyed the variety offered at the martini bar. I didn't eat at the food court this trip, but I thought that the selection of cost effective food was good. The casino was clean and well maintained and the employees were all pleasant and helpful. Our room was larger than expected and very clean. I would definitely consider returning to this hotel when business brings me back to North Las Vegas.
“The friendly hotel.”
Everybody was so friendly. I will love to see transportation to the new and the old strips. Minivans? Buses? more information of how to get to different casinos.

“GREAT HOTEL”
The hotel is in a nice new built up area just south of the North Vegas Airport (no plane noise!) The four free bowling alley passes from the hotel was great on the new lanes! Enjoyed the 18 Regal movies & nice to walk to a movie and back...Hotel staff was professional and very helpful....very nice stay...close to strip but far enough to miss the mobs....wal mart near by...
