The overall experience was very enjoyable. The staff was courteous, the lobby area is nicely done, and the afternoon free drinks and free breakfast are a plus. The room itself felt slightly small, but it was clean and the bed/bedding was very nice. (This is something they seem to be promoting at the moment, and I have to agree that maybe they should.)

For my first time in Jackson, MS. for a family reunion, my experience was surprising. The hotel was located near any and everything you could possibly want/need. And to my surprise, a very big celebration, Medgar Evers, was taking place all over the city. I really enjoyed my stay and experience.
At first, I didn't have a pleasant visit Marshay was not very friendly she was short and to the point but after revisiting I enjoyed her and she became very nice and helpful I appreciate the service provided by her. I will be returning!
The staff at this hotel is first-rate -- friendly, and helpful. From Nicole at the desk, to the lady who handles breakfast so beautifully, to the maintenance folks who quickly respond, everyone is really really good. It is also a great location with several good restaurants nearby (Drago's in particular) and other stores. I stay there once a year while playing a tennis tournament in Ridgeland. The only complaint I have is that the hot tub is often out of order (this year for the whole time I was there), and that is a key reason I stay there -- to help with recovery time from matches. And, this is not the first year it's been unavailable for a day or more. If you advertise it, be sure you can deliver.
