This place is right off of 75 S. Excellent location with a lot of places to eat within walking distance (or a short drive)(Bob Evans, Panera Bread, Chick-fil-a, etc). The beds are very comfortable and even though we were right off the interstate we never heard a thing.

It was easy to find, the staff was very friendly, personable, made an effort to help me find a place for dinner. The hotel was clean, the pool was a good temp, shower was good, beds were comfortable, room was spotless, the temp gage wroked, the tv remote worked. the coffee was good, the breakfast was excellent-much to select.
The exterior of the building is quite nice. The reason we found the interior pleasing rather than excellent is the
small lobby. The staff is excellent in trying to please. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable, particularly the
bed for resting and sleeping. After we returned home, we realized we'd left a library book. When I called back,
Amanda found it and offered to mail it back to us, charging only what the postage cost. I offered a tip, but she
refused in such a friendly manner. We've stayed in Extended Stay America before and found Dayton-North to
offer the same nice facilities and professional, personable staff. The grab and go coffee and sweet rolls were
plenty for us.
Needed to be cleaner. Bath areas were ok but carpet needed to be cleaned better where it meets wall. Mattress needs to be replaced.weird arrangement for second sheet over first sheet. Price was good. Breakfast was good. Was surprised that I could not get cold water. First turn on water was cool but after a few seconds became warm! Same with cold water handle in bathtub. Reported this to management.
Very fast check-in. The room smelled a little funny, but not horrible. The mirror over the sink had big streaks where it hadn't been cleaned well. Convenient location to I-75. Old tube TV. Given that I just needed a decent place to stay overnight, it was fine.
This hotel at one time was another chain an now bought out by Quality Inn. The other chain seemed like they took all of the gravy and now this hotel is operating but does need some updating and attention to detail. The hotel was OK but as I said it could use some attention to detail. Overall not a bad place but I have stayed in better. I would give it a 6 out of 10.

Located between the Great Miami River and Mad River, this small neighborhood was first settled by German immigrants who gave the area its ethnic flavor. Take a taste of Eastern European food at the Amber Rose, stop at one of several nearby churches, or visit the historic Kossuth Colony.
