“Would go back anytime traveling in the area”

Staff was very knowledgeable & efficient. Rooms were very clean with no obvious upkeep needs.The only thing that was lacking was the fitness room. Old & broken equipment that needs replacing.

“Will be back again!”

We are parents of a UMass-Dartmouth student and this hotel is in the perfect location while we are visiting. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

“Nice new hotel”

Nice and friendly staff, brand new hotel with free internet, brand new TV and clean room. Checked in late during the recent north eastern storm and some water had come in through window somehow. However they gave me a new room right away. Courteous staff on phone when getting directions as well as during check in.

“Great for the Money”

The hotel is a very good economic choice. The walls were a little thin, but the customers were relatively quiet. My wife and I would definitely stay there again.

“Needs better mattresses”

The hotel itself is clean, the service was good, breakfast was fine, and the room was very large. But the bed is so firm that my son and I both had a backache that never went away. I like firm beds, but these need some kind of softness on top so that it gives a bit with your body. We will not return to the Best Western in Dartmouth.
