DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. As soon as I got to the property and went to get checked in, the desk clerk was not at the desk and I had to stand and wait. There was a lot of noise and "questionable" people walking around. The area didn't feel safe. As soon as I saw the room I didn't even stay. That's how bad it was. I ended up canceling my stay for the next night and booking another hotel. I didn't even care that I had to pay double the price.

The person at the front desk explained that there was a glitch in the system at the time which allowed rooms to be reserved online when there actually weren’t any available. The door to the first room I was given would not open. The next room was not made up and appeared to have drug paraphernalia. The housekeeper was supposed to come and make up the room but never did - after several hours, the front desk gave me clean sheets to change a bed myself. My experience
Maybe I caught them on a bad weekend but the room has no toilet paper or toiletries. The room at first glance looked clean, but the shower curtain had mold on it and there was trash behind furniture. The shower rod was also loose so the curtain opened all the time causing a little flood after each showers. The room had a nice tv and the bed was comfortable. I had booked a queen bed but was given a double bed instead.

I didn’t end up actually staying here. I picked up my daughter from the airport and went to check in at midnight. The office was closed. The phone that is on the outside of the office is busted and hanging from the wall. I tried calling the Offices of the hotel-Several times—their call center must be in India and could not understand them. They kept telling me that I needed to call back and hit different numbers and to get different help. One woman was finally helpful and said that she was trying to call the manager of the hotel. No one answered her. Now it’s 1am..Still nothing. I was standing out in front of the office with another woman who was also trying to check in. She had the same experience…we both had the idea to go to another location of extended-stay. We went there. It’s going on 130 at this point..at this other location they could not transfer our reservation. I told him my experience of trying to call customer service several times during the course of the last hour and a half with absolutely no help. All they could do is apologize. They were also closed and happen to be open because somebody had lost their hotel key. Their phone on the outside of their office was working. Do not stay with extended-stay. The customer service was terrible and I’ve been charged for the night and I’m still working on getting the refund. What do we do when we are getting off of our flight at midnight and no one is in the office and this location is next to airport.

I booked my stay for this property a month ago, but was turned away because they were overbooked. I had never had that happen before. I was a little perturbed, but didn't mind TOO much since I saw this property was a run-down motel.

Staff was verycordial, aimiable, and concerned about needs. The customer service representative was very friendly and accomodating. The only suggestion, it would be nice if they had a vending machine for soda and snacks.
