This place is absolutely disgusting. There were cockroaches in my room, the heater smell made the fire alarm go off and it’s in a very unsafe area. On top of that - you have to pay a refundable incidental fee that is twice the price of the room. There are no incidentals in these rooms - bare basics. I asked the front desk person when I would receive that money back and he said the very next day it would be credited. That did not happen so I just called over there and the person that picked up the phone said it would be anywhere from 2 to 10 business days. I have never heard of anything like this before. Do not stay at this property!

After booking the hotel and paying, I get a phone call from the property stating that they are completely sold out and that I need to seek reimbursement. After no resolution, and no refund, however, was assured that it would happen, and it was just all extremely inconvenient that I had to find another hotel, and that the issue is still not resolved and outstanding.

We left after 10 minutes in room. The hallways and elevator on the way to the room were dirty and smelled. The room was dirty and had bugs on the floor dead and alive. We will call expedia later about a refund. Would not recommend this place at all. Man at check in desk was accommodating.

Don’t go here, it’s a cheap roach motel. We had to move to another room because there were puberty hair still on the sheets. Horrible! The staff was nice! No iron because everyone “stole” them according to the staff. Never again it was like false advertisement! We were so happy to leave!

The property was dirty and had a distinct smell. it was also in a noisy surrounding near the railroad and airport which made it hard to sleep. We also only slept there for one day and didn't get a refund for the other three days.

Tre, the front desk clerk did all he could BUT he had to run to 6 different rooms to find out which one had 2 beds which I had reserved. He seriously RAN to them. He came back and said he found it and all he had to do was wash the floors. HE HAD TO WASH THE FLOOR??? The owners, and managers need to step up! The front desk clerk cannot do everything by himself. Thank you Tre for trying so hard and working so hard. This place does not deserve to have you as an employee. Needless to say, I DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

For the price to stay for 1 night it was extremely low quality room and hotel. The hotel smelled pretty bad in the hallways and the sheets in the room smelled too. Everything in the room also made a lot of noise. The bathroom (drips coming from the bathroom air vent), AC unit coming on and off every 10 mins to cool down the room, the walls are paper thin and the floors are hardwoods so you can hear everything and everyone inside the hotel)

The toilet stopped working because they had some kind of automatic limit thing that was supposed to allow so much water. The floors were grossly sticky. For an “extended stay” it came with no cooking supplies. I.e. pots, pans, cook ware.

We will not stay here again. I knew that we would be arriving late at night so I called ahead earlier in the afternoon to let the front desk know. They said the late arrival around 2-3am would be fine and they would note it on our reservation. We arrived at 2:30am to find that the front desk had us listed as a no show and had already charged me for the room. They also did not have another double room available as I had booked and paid for. After fumbling around with papers on the desk, the clerk check the registration in their system and found the note left earlier in the day that clearly stated when we would be arriving. After questioning how the problem occurred, the front desk admitted that they did have another double room available but it would take 30 mins or more to clean. It was already late and we had to get an early start so anymore wasted time was unacceptable. Eventually, the front desk agreed to move a sleeper sofa into a single room. When we finally made it to the room, the sofa took up what little bit of floor space was available to move in the room, the sofa did not have a mattress on it and the frame was dirty. This place is in serious need of repairs and management.

I didnt expect much. Just a clean room for the night. It was clean but walking down hall was overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke on a none smoking wing (not sure if smoking allowed in any rooms). Killed 2 roaches before going to bed and 1 crawling on wall when i turned light on at night. I was only there 11p-6a.

We will never stay here again. There was no bathroom other than our room, the roaches were smeared on the walls all over, they crawled the walls and floors, our heater in the room wasn't fully functioning and the smell of cigarettes and weed was strong. We called the help line and we addressed our issues with the front desk. They said they would change our room and new room for bugs. Once we got back from our event that day all the staff was gone home. We never got any help. This place is terrible.
