The venue wifi/internet wouldn’t work in our room. When we informed the staff they claimed it should work as the router was in our rooms (this was incorrect) and didn’t do anything to assist. Also, our shower only had cold water. Staff claimed the water was set at an equal temperature for cost reasons. Would not recommend this location.

It is difficult to find the way to this hotel according to the GPS. We drove around the hotel for about half an hour and could not find the way to the parking lot. One last attempt at an inconspicuous trail and here we are.

A cheap-out option if you don't need luxury or a fancy neighbourhood. Convenient location, good parking. Our room was in the upper building, which was very quiet. Room had refrigerator, microwave, safe, hair dryer, toiletries, shelf & stand for suitcases. Comfortable beds, but needed thicker blankets. No hot water in our room the first night. Coffee available in both buildings. Breakfast is limited to thin packaged bagels in the main building and gets very busy. Walking distance to Aldi and Starbucks. Lots of litter on the ground. To reach NYC, the express shuttle ($3 cash) is more frequent and slightly cheaper than the public bus up the hill at stop 21347, but doesn't run as late.

The property's location is very convenient for those planning to visit New York. With available van service, visiting New York City becomes quite affordable. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and regularly maintained. The staff was very helpful. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.
